 THE DAY MY HOUSE 

 FLEW

One day I woke up and looked out my bedroom window. To my surprise, I saw that my house was floating high up in the sky. I quickly ran to my door, stepped out, and to my surprise, I noticed that there was no gravity!

I also noticed there were huge chunks of land, trees, houses , cars, people, animals, and money  flying around me! 

The Earth had exploded!!!

I tried to get back in the house and luckily, I did. I told my parents about what was happening, but at first, they didn’t believe me. Then they went to their window and saw I was correct. They screamed out of horror. 

We called 911 but it turned out that 911’s emergency vehicles were all flying too! They said the Earth had hit the Moon a few hours ago and they can’t help us. We became sad but it was fun to be flying!

THE DAY I SHRANK!

I love eating cheesy snacks! Whenever my dad goes to Safeway, I ask him to get a cheesy snack for me. A month ago, on a weekend, my dad bought me a drink called Shrinkables. It was a cheesy drink with a picture of Mickey Mouse on it.

I was so excited that I drank it all in one gulp. Then I went to my room upstairs to read a book. Suddenly, I started shivering so I started to go to my parents, but before I could get there I shrank!            

Somehow, I managed to get downstairs. I ran to my parents as fast as I could. Since, I was TINY everything looked big to me and my parents looked humongous. I got to my mom, but she was vacuuming so she didn’t see or hear me. Before I knew it, I was vacuumed too!

HELP ME!!

I was frightened and kept yelling for them to help me, but I was so miniscule that they could not hear me. I DID NOT GIVE UP! Finally, my parents heard me when they stopped vacuuming and noticed I was GONE.

They were bewildered when they heard a voice from the vacuum. When they opened the bag, a giant ball of dust with a pair of shining eyes rolled out. I scrambled out of it!
