Hi every one, can you guess what we will talk about today? we will talk about Macaws.

Habitat 

Macaws live in South America and center South America in the canopy and emergent layers of the rainforest. Most of macaws live in rainforests or woodland but some species prefer the more open savannah. 

What do macaw eat? 

Macaws eat variety of seeds ,nuts, fruits like berries. Insects and vegetation such as leaf buds in the wild. Higher level of fat seems to be specifically important for certain macaws as the hyacinth macaws.

            Anatomy 

Baby macaws have black eyes but the color change over time from black to gray to white to yellow as an adult bird. some macaws have black beaks, blue, gold beak , light colored beak or bright orang beaks. A Macaws length is 89 cm and its weight is 1 kg.

       Interesting facts 

Macaws have warm blood and their body's are mostly covered with feathers, they are herbivores and vertebrates and also they hatches from an egg when they are born. Macaws are mammals and they get eaten by large birds like hawks and eagles, snakes, monkeys and large cats. 

Macaws can live 50 too 60 years. Macaws have many colors ,some have red ,yellow ,blue ,green ,orang ,gray ,colors and some macaws have all those colors. Macaws sing when they are happy and macaws scream registers at 1000 - 10 decibels.  

 Species of Macaws

There are 17 different species of Macaws and some are scarlet macaws ,Kakapo ,Parrots ,Military  ,Spix's  ,Glaucous ,Cutan  ,Martinique  and lear's macaws.
