Tina, Tina, she was always working
Her calendar was filled, and her days were long
Tina, Tina, she studied hard
Her routine was the same, and she seemed strong
Tina, Tina, she was very busy
Her schedule was packed, but she chugged right along

Tina, Tina, How does she do it?
She always says yes, and goodbye to her time
Tina, Tina, Are you feeling okay?
She wears a frown, and adds up the dime.
Tina, Tina, Are you happy?
She works two jobs, and forgets shes in her prime.

Oh Tina, Tina, you must be feeling tired.
She’s running on empty, and her eyes kind of sag
Oh Tina, Tina, you are stretching yourself thin.
She has a lot of money, but her life is such a drag.
Oh Tina, Tina, you seem kind of lonely.
She lost all her friends, and she smells like a rag.

Hey Tina! You should take some time for yourself!
“No can do” she says, her scary boss keeps her on the clock.
Hey Tina! You should speak up!
“I would if I could” she says, but in her throat there is a block
Hey Tina! You should try to relax!
“But there’s no time” she says, changing her schedule is too much of a shock

Hey Tina! Why don’t you do a face mask?
“Maybe you’re right” she says, but the wrinkles on her face continue to grow.
Hey Tina! Why don’t you do some yoga?
“Maybe I’ll try it” she says, but the grey in her hair starts to show.
Hey Tina! Why don’t you get a massage?
“Maybe I will” she says, but her body still aches and her movement is slow.

Oh Tina, you should be happy.
“But I need the money” she says, so her bank account is smiling.
Oh Tina, you should have friends.
“But I have to work,” she says, so she goes to sleep crying.
Oh Tina, you should enjoy your life.
“But I can’t fail” she says, so the work keeps piling.

Poor Tina, look at what you’ve done!
You work and work, and now your hair is falling out!
Poor Tina, look at what’s happened!
You stress and stress, and now you always wear a pout!
Poor Tina, what will you do?
“I’ll never be happy” she says, “I guess I’ll go without.”

Wait, Tina! There’s still a chance!
Use your voice, while you still can!
Hey, Tina! Don’t lose hope!
Stick up for yourself, start a new plan!
Oh, Tina, what’s more important?
Your happiness, or a new Sudan?
