It seemed like any other day in the depths of the sea, but that afternoon a strange school of jellyfish had reached the Coral Bottom. They were not the usual transparent and uniform jellyfish. They did not move their little arms together, nor did they have proportionate umbrella-shaped bodies. It seemed as if they were dead.
The people of Coral Fund became very nervous and went to ask Mermaid, the king of the sea, for help. In a few days the problem became even greater: many sea turtles had become very ill. From the surface of the sea also came disturbing news: we had never seen unknown disease spread among albatrosses. Even the great humpback whale was fatal and would not get out of bed! They all had something in common: they had eaten one of these strange jellyfish.
