Türkiye'den kalkan eTwinning otobüsüne binen 2. ve 3. sınıf  öğrencileri çeşitli şehirleri gezerek  meraklı arkadaşlar ararlar.

2nd and 3rd grade students who take the eTwinning bus from Turkey visit various cities in search of curious friends.

Onlara İstanbul'dan, Sinop'tan, Ordu'dan, Karabük'ten 1. sınıftan 4. sınıfa kadar başka arkadaşlar katılır.

Other friends from Istanbul, Sinop, Ordu and Karabük from 1st to 4th grade join them.

Yabancı dillerini geliştirmek ve farklı kültürler tanımak isteyen eTwinning otobüsü yolcuları Avrupa'ya doğru yola çıkar. Romanya, İspanya, Litvanya, Portekiz ardından Sırbistan...

Passengers of the eTwinning bus, who want to improve their foreign language and get to know different cultures, set off for Europe. Romania, Spain, Lithuania, Portugal, then Serbia...

Buralarda çok güzel arkadaşlıklar kurdular ve birlikte bir çalışma yapmaya karar verdiler. Bu kadar öğrenci bir aradayken 'büyük bir eser olmalı' dediler.

They formed very good friendships here and decided to do a study together. When so many students were together, they said 'it must be a great work'.

Yolları 'Alhazen Şehri'ne düştü. Orada bir yerde eTwinning otobüsünü durdurup kamp yaptılar ve etrafı keşfetmeye başladılar.

Their path leads to 'Alhazen City'. Somewhere there, they stop the eTwinning bus, camp and start exploring.

Bir yandan da düşündüler. Bazıları "sergi açalım" dedi. Bazıları "icatlar yapalım, insanlar ilham alsın" dedi. Bazılarıysa  "bilim merkezi kurup deneyler yapalım" dedi.

On the one hand, they think. Some say "let's open an exhibition". Some say, "Let's invent, let people be inspired". Others say, "Let's set up a science center and do experiments."

Bunların hepsini yapmaya karar verdiler. Tüm fikirler "Küçük Mucitler Bilim Merkezi"nde gerçekleştirilecek.

They decided to do all of this. All ideas will be realized in the "Little Inventors Science Center".

Uygun araziye "Newton İlçesi"nde rastlarlar. Şimdi binanın tasarımına sıra gelmiştir. Gruplar bir arada çizimler yaptılar. Çizimleri halk oylamasına sundular.

They come across the appropriate land in "Newton County." Now it's time to design the building. Groups draw together. They submit the drawings to a public vote.

Anketi ev ev gezerek tüm Alhazen Şehri'ne uygularlar. En beğenilen tasarımın seçilebilmesi için... Anket sonucu birine karar verildi ve bina inşası başladı.

They go from house to house and apply the survey to the entire city of Alhazen. In order to choose the most liked design... One of them is decided as a result of the survey and the building construction begins.

İnşaat devam ederken bir yandan diğer çalışmalara da başladılar. Bilim merkezini tanıtıcı videolar, afişler, logolar yaptılar. Başkaları da merak edip ziyarete gelsinler diye.

While the construction was going on, they also started other works. They made promotional videos, posters and logos for the science center. So that others will be curious and come to visit.

Madem ziyaretçilerimiz olacak, ziyaretçi kuralları belirlemeliyiz diye düşündüler ve ilk ortak çalışmaları " Bilim Merkezi Kuralları" belirleyip video çektiler.

Since we will have visitors, they thought we should set visitor rules, and their first collaboration was "Science Center Rules" and they shot a video.

Kendilerini insanlara tanıttılar, onlara daha kolay ısınabilsinler diye.

Kendi şehirlerini tanıttılar, geldikleri yerleri unutmasınlar diye. Sonra kolları sıvadılar ve başladılar çalışmaya.

They introduced themselves to people so that they could warm up to them more easily.

They introduced their cities so that they would not forget where they came from. Then they rolled up their sleeves and started working.

Her ay bir konu belirlediler ve o konuda deneyler yaptılar. Konunun uzmanı bilim insanlarıyla röportaj yaptılar. 

Özel gün ve haftaları unutmadılar.

Teknolojinin kolaylaştırıcı gücünden yararlandılar.

Karışık çalışma gruplarıyla iş birliği yaptılar.

İcatlar yaptılar, sergilediler.

Each month, they set a topic and did experiments on it. They interviewed scientists who are experts in the subject.

They did not forget the special days and weeks.

They took advantage of the facilitating power of technology.

They collaborated with mixed working groups.

They invented, they exhibited.

Bilim merkezi bittiğinde  hepsi coşkuyla kutladı. Ziyaretçilere bilim merkezinin eksiklerini belirleyip geliştirmek için anket uyguladılar. Hepsi çok memnun kaldığını anketlerde belirtti.

eTwinning otobüsü yeni ziyaretçilerini yeni maceralara götürmek için oradan ayrıldı.

When the science center was finished, they all celebrated with enthusiasm. They surveyed visitors to identify and improve the science center's shortcomings. All of them stated in the surveys that they were very satisfied.

The eTwinning bus left to take its new visitors to new adventures.
