Prologue
A traditional education path always consists of elementary, middle, highschool, and then college. After college its expected to settle down like find a job, buy home, get married, and have kids. However, I think there is no right path on how to accomplish stages of life as long as they get achieved! Do what is right for your best interest!
Hello my name is Brenda Conde and I am 24 years old. I have a one year old son and a husband. I am currently working and going to school at the same time. Since the day I attended elementary school I knew I wanted to graduate someday and become a teacher!

I have always been a straight A student through-out my schooling years which only led me to believe that graduating college would be no big deal. However, as soon as I turned 16 I applied for my first job at a grocery store and shifted my attention to making money. I saw it as a a great opportunity to provoide for myself and take some economic load off of my parents.

In 2015 I graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and it was one of my greatest accomplishments! I was so proud I was able to surpass my parents education and make them proud!

I continued my education in Brookhaven Community College to gain my Associates of Arts and save money to then transfer to a University. In 2018 I had accomplished another milestone towards my degree as I had finished my associates and was ready to transfer!

When I finished at Brookhaven College I was already 20 years old and traditionally I would have only needed 1 more year to go before getting my bachelor degree. But the unexpected happened and I landed a job at bank.

I fell in love with my current job at the bank and the pay. As well as my co-workers I felt like I belonged there. I eventually got side tracted and took some time off from school. I was at a happy place.

During my time off from school I bought my first home and married my highschool sweetheart! At this point going back to school was the last thing on my mind. I had to adjust to my new life as a married woman.
