Imagine a rainbow in front of you.

Breathe in your nose while you trace the rainbow with your finger.

Breathe out your mouth while you trace the rainbow with your finger.

Hot Chocolate Breath

Imagine you are holding a cup of hot chocolate with two hands. Breathe in your nose to smell the hot chocolate.

Breathe out your mouth and cool down the hot chocolate.

BOX Breath

Imagine a square in front of you. Breathe in your nose and trace the side.

Hold your breath and trace the top.

Breathe out your mouth and trace the side.

Let out all your air and trace the bottom.

Starburst Breath

Imagine you are an astronaut blasting into outer space. Breathe in your nose while you fold your arms and cross your legs. Count in your head 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Breathe out your mouth and shoot your arms and legs out like a star when you get to one (do not hit anyone next to you). Imagine you are in outer space and let your body float.
