Our first step: Fundraising for a campaign in the primaries!

In the Primaries, political parties are formed by grouping those with similar ideas. Candidates then travel across Ponyville to win delegates. Then, the members of that party- in Pinkie Pie's case the Party Party- select a candidate.

Operation make Pinkie Pie President is a go!

Ponyville holds a caucus to discuss which candidate they want to run in the general election. Hopefully with a good campaign, Pinkie Pie can win!!

I want every pony to have a job to keep the economy good. That means NO parties! Something I do believe in is affordable or free healthcare.

Something I believe in is taking breaks and partying!!! I think every pony needs a job, but also a break. I think free healthcare would be nice but unattainable. I am an advocate for affordable healthcare instead. The mental health crisis is also important to me which is why I think partying is OK! I want all ponies to have fun and love their life in Ponyville!

Next step: The Caucus...

The primary election is key in Pinkie Pie running for President. The primaries take place in the first half of the year where we saw Pinkie Pie debating other Party Party candidates, traveling around Ponyville, and giving speeches. Throughout Ponyville there are three kinds of Primary elections:

Closed Primary: You may only vote for a candidate in the party you are affiliated with. Those registered independent cannot vote.

Open Primary: You may vote for whoever you want no matter what party you are registered for.

Caucus: Instead of heading to the polls, ponies gather in public forums to discuss the candidates and then vote.
