I dedicate this book to everyone who is brave enough to put their ideas into writing.

It was the night of the show. I had my costume on... I was the poor girl who was taken by the evil wizard and locked up along with the princess. But 20 minutes before the show was to take place a scream came from the back room. (I had a sword!)

We all turned around to find Mira in tears. I shouted to her "Mira! Whats wrong!" She sobbed back, "Vivian, Oh, Vivian, it's my TIARA! It's gone! Somebody stole it!" As she said this she collapsed with one more sob and lay whimpering one the floor. The reason why Mira was so upset was because she told me that the tiara was made with real diamonds and gold! Everyone gathered around Mira while miss.Primrose helped Mira to her feet.

I thought I had a hunch. So went over and asked Pamela. Pamela had tried out for the part of the princess. She wanted it so badly, but she didn't get the part. She was so mad. "Hey, Pamela!" I shouted to her. Pamela turned around "What?" I said "Pamela do you have any idea  what happened to Mira's tiara?" "What, No! I did not take it!" She replied fast I thought a little too fast...

Pamela's reaction was a little weird. I didn't even accuse her... The part that Pamela was given was the evil wizard's daughter. Her name is Lilac, she is the one who helps me and Mira to escape and she takes our places in the prison. It is a very noble part. But she has been acting sulky ever since she was given the part. It makes me wonder if she took the crown to get revenge against Mira.

I had an idea but I needed to talk to my best friend Randy. He loved solving mysteries and I was sure he would want to help me. Randy was one of the people painting the sets. But before I could talk to him I had to find him. 

I found him by the shelf with all of our scripts. I yelled "Randy! I have a hunch on what happened to Mira's tiara!" "You do?" he said. I replied "Yes, I think that Pamela stole the tiara to get revenge on Mira for getting the part.  

All of the sudden Miss.Primrose called us around her. "I know that the crown was important but we have to put on the show." Then Mira shouted "Miss.Primrose! Please can you tell them to hang on for just-um-5 more minutes! Pleeaase!" Miss Primrose said "All right fine I will tell them that but please hurry!" 

I am sorry everyone but due to resent events we will have to wait to preform the play for another 5 minutes.
