Learning with Technology
I used to think that learning with technology would be very boring and not too engaging. I never thought I could use it much in the classroom.

Now I think technology can be a very engaging learning resource for students to strive with. It can keep students engaged while making it fun. I will use technology daily in my classroom because it is a great way to keep students engaged.

Productivity Tools
I used to think productivity tools were not used in productive way. The productivity tools I had heard of before this assignment was just docs and slides so I never thought that could benefit technology in the classroom.

Now I think how essential productivity tools are to the classroom. I will use google docs, slides, sheets and forms in my classroom. Google docs and slides are great resources for student engagement especially in older grades for students to organize data. Google sheets will help me calculate grades and averages of the students. Google forms can be sent to the parents if the teacher needs a form signed.

Digital Organization
I use to think digital organization could simply be done my just favoriting a website or bookmarking it. I also thought this lesson would be very unuseful.

Now I think I can use digital organization to organize, store, administer, and search for bookmarks of online resources. I used the Wakelet for this experience. I now see how Teachers can use any "pinning service" to collect, organize, and share multimedia resources (text, photos, videos, and podcasts) with their students, colleagues, and learning communities.

Digital Citizenship and Cyberbullying
I use to think digital citizenship was important, but I never thought it would be engaging to learn about. Cyberbullying has always been an issue but I did not think it was serious.

Now I think digital citizenship is something every student should learn about before using technology. In my classroom I would do as we did in the module I would require students to get their digital passport by common sense because it would teach them how to use technology responsibly. In my classroom I would show my students videos of cyberbullying that really express and show how serious this type of bullying is. I would also have them reflect on how they felt after the videos.

Tool Time
I use to think these "tools" would not be successful in the classroom because I thought I would struggle with trying to complete each assignment and if I struggled I know younger children would have a hard time using each tool.
Now I think how each tool is very kid friendly and is easy to navigate around. I could see myself using infographics, concept maps, and a storybook in the classroom to promote learning and make learning fun at the same time. The infographic tool would be a great first day of school stater. I could make a timeline of major events in my live for the students to get to know me.
Audio and Video
I use to think audio and video would not be beneficial in the classroom, because it is known that teachers should "teach" so I never thought about using audio and video to support the teacher while engaging students.

Now I believe the class can be a lot more effective if the teacher uses audio and video in the classroom. For example, this would work in younger grades, I would record a podcast of me reading a story and put it as a "listening station" and the students would listen to my audio and answer comprehension questions.

Assessment
I used to think assessments were boring and no fun. So when I saw this tab I thought I was going to have a difficult time staying engaging.
