Once there was a peasant boy named Sam from the
Kingdom of Pleasantville. Sam dreamed of becoming King.

One day, Pete the Pirate came and stole young Princess Rose from
Pleasantville. To make sure nobody could ever save the princess, Peter
guarded her by setting up three difficult obstacles.

While the rest of the town
worried, Sam decided he would
attempt to save the princess. So
Sam left home with nothing but a
sword and his best friend, Felix
the Fox.

To get to the ocean, Sam had to go through the forest. Sam soon came
across a group of barbarians who kidnapped him and Felix! Ben the Barbarian
told Sam, “We have been ordered by the great pirate to take anyone coming
through the woods. If you have no gold for us, you will be our slave
forever!”

Sam had no money, and being just a boy, he was not strong enough to fight
the bandits. So he used his brain and said, “When I save the princess, I
will become king, and I will give you all enough gold so you never have to live
in a tree ever again!”

The barbarians laughed at the young boy, but Ben let him go and said, “Because you
are just a boy, I will let you go, but you won’t make it to the princess. No one ever
will. ”Although Sam was happy to get out of the forest, he was scared of what was
ahead.

When Sam Finally reached the ocean, he met Mimi the Mermaid! Mimi said to Sam, "If
you wish to find the princess, you must find a key at the bottom of the sea.”

Later Sam!

Sam swam in the pond behind his house many times, but had never
held his breathe long enough to reach the bottom of the ocean! So
Sam befriended Danny the Dolphin. After saying bye to Mimi, Sam
and Danny began swimming while Felix waited on land.

Sam finally found the key at the bottom. He saw a
note attached to the key, and he saw that it was
from Pete the pirate! It read, “You may have found
the key, but you will never defeat me!
