Introduction:
This book is adopted from the poem, "I Know and Old Lady. "I created this for our grandnieces and nephews with the support of my husband. Presented by me (aunt Miriam) and additional voice by my husband (uncle Fred). I thought this was fun and we had a great time making it. Please enjoy!
Aunt Miriam

I know an old lady who swallowed
a fly!
I don't know why she swallowed the fly?

I know an old lady who swallowed a spider!
T hat wiggled and tickled way down deep inside her.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly,
But I don't know why she swallowed the fly?

I know an old lady who swallowed a bird!
How absurd to swallow a bird.
She swallowed the bird to catch the spider,
That wiggled and tickled way down deep inside her.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly,
But I don't know why she swallowed the fly?
I know an old lady who swallowed a cat! Imagine that? She swallowed a cat. She swallowed the cat to catch the bird,
She swallowed the bird to catch the spider,
That wiggled and tickled way down deep inside her.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly,
But I don't know why she swallowed the fly?

I know an old lady who
swallowed a dog!
What a hog
to swallow a dog!
