The people who had blasters and mechs were called the Global Occult Coalition, its a group in the UN, but more powerful, they were the SCP Foundation's Group of Interest, they had helped UN and destroyed more parts of Moscow

The president of Russia is mad, he asked Kim Jong Un to send nuclear rockets into the UN headquarters, and Kim Jong Un agreed, he sent in several rockets, but the UN and GOC knew what the president was doing, so the GOC built a force field around the UN headquarters, when the nukes where coming, the mechs destroyed most of them, then the mechs retreated, and the other nukes hit the force field, the president of Russia and Kim Jong Un were shocked, they've never seen such futuristic weaponry, both presidents started to think of how to destroy the headquarters, but it was too late, the GOC and UN had attacked Pyongyang, Kim was very angry and mad, he sent all of his soldiers to destroy the mechs and tanks, but their weapons didn't work, they also destroyed the Ryugyong Hotel.

The battle between the Ryugyong Hotel was chaotic, the GOC was winning the battle, a UN helicopter destroyed one of the NK helicopters, the helicopter fell down on the soldiers who were in battle with the GOC, then the tanks and soldiers retreated, while a special force came with missile vehicles, the vehicles shot the rockets, but it absolutely did nothing to the mech, the second missile vehicle shot again, it did nothing, and the third one damaged the UN helicopter, but it was still flying, then the missile vehicles and special forces retreated, but the UN and GOC did not expect that an another special force was coming, but it wasn't a special force, it was an enemy from the SCP Foundation, called the Chaos Insurgency.

The Chaos Insurgents killed the GOC with the NK soldiers, they took the blasters and took them to a CI base, they put the blasters in a storage to use them as a weapon in the future.
