Coaches are a very important part of the sport football. They teach the players the game, they run the plays, they are just as valuable as the players

These are how many chances you get to score or gain a 1st down. Ex. 1st down, the play is a run to the left and they gain 4 yards, it will be 2 & 6.

Equipment needed is tremendous: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Gurdle, Knee pads, Cleats, Flag, Goal Post, Football, Whistle, Chains, and Pylons

This is the used whenever a kicker attempts a field goal for 3 points.

This is the type of field this sport is played on.

Fans can be very passionate about their team during games, watch out for these fans as they are very common

An interception is whenever the quarterback of the offense throws the ball and the defender intercepts the pass. 

is for Juke 

This can be done by an offensive or defensive player. This is an attempt done by the ballcarrier to make a defender miss. 

is for Kickoff

This happens to start the game, after a team scores, and after halftime. 

is for Lineman

These are the big guys up front protecting the quarterback or trying to get to the quarterback. 

is for Middle Linebacker 

This position commands the most respect on the football field. Usually want this player to be one of your leaders 

is for NFL 

The National Football League is the highest level at which the sport can be played. 

is for Overtime

Overtime is extra time after regulation. The only way this occurs is if at the end of regulation the score is tied. 

is for Position

Each team is only allowed 11 positions on the field at one time.
