Origins
Hamilton was born in 1757 on the island of Nevis in group called "British West Indies". He was provided with simple education and quickly became fluent in French. After his mother's passing in 1768, he later became an apprentice clerk at Christiansted in a mercantile establishment, whose proprietor became one of his benefactors.

Origins Part 2
In 1772 he traveled to NYC (New York City) and stayed at William Livingston's house for a short period of time. Livingston will actually be one of the signers for the constitution. In the next year Hamilton attended King's College, but was soon interrupted due to the Revolution. Still in his young age, Hamilton has accomplished so much already. He's written several pro-whig pamphlets and shortly after the war broke out, he accepted an artillery captaincy. He fought in principal campaigns in the year 76-77.
During The Constitutional Convention:
Hamilton wasn't too big in the CC. He played little part in the writing for the constitution itself even though he served on the committees which outlines convention rules and writing technique.

The Aftermath
Shortly after the Constitution's success's Hamilton continued to build the economic system that enabled the new nation to survive. Although some of his ideas for the constitution were denied, he liked the results and even became chief advocate.
Later in the years he's become the first treasury secretary in the USA, prepared four major economic reports for congress, wrote a series of articles under pseudonyms and became an appointed general of the army. He's done many more, but these are just a selection. He ended up passing on July 11, 1804 from a duel with Aaron Burr in New Jersey, but the accomplishments he made will not be forgotten.
