Ximena and her parents are in the jungle, camping. Ximena saw a beautiful butterfly and chased it, deep into the jungle.

Ximena wasn't able to catch the butterfly, and when she looked around, she was lost all alone in the jungle.

Ximena quickly ran to hide behind a tree when she heard elephants talking. "Are you ready for the animal festival competition?," one elephant asked his friend. "Yes, I am very excited to compete against other animals for jungle king," the other elephant responded.

Ximena silently sobbed behind the tree, wishing she was with her parents, and she ends up falling asleep against the tree.

When Ximena woke up, there were elephants all around her, staring at her. Ximena felt really scared.

The elephants played with Ximena to make her happy. They then sat by the firewood. "What is wrong, little girl?," father elephant asked. "My name is Ximena," Ximena said. "What happened, Ximena?," father elephant asked again. "I lost my mommy and daddy," Ximena said, sadly. "Don't worry Ximena, we are going to find your parents," mother elephant said.

The next morning, Ximena and the elephants headed out on their journey to find Ximena's parents. While on the journey, Ximena and the elephants laughed and played. They also ate so many fresh foods.

At night, Ximena and the elephants made it to Ximena's parents campsite. Ximena's parents looked worried and sad. Ximena ran to her mother. 

"Ximena, where did you go? your father and I were worried, " Ximena's mother asked, sadly. "I was chasing a pretty butterfly and got lost in the jungle. Mother elephant and father elephant saved me," Ximena said.
