Healthy Eating, Healthy Living 

Hello, I am Maria. 

I like eating healthy food, and here are some suggestions:

- We shouuld have breakfast every morning 

- We should eat fruits and vegetables. 

-We shouldn't eat fast food.

I am searching for healthy food on the internet. But my e safety is very important. I should prefer safe websites and I souldn't share my private information and password with anyone.

Doing exercise is very important for healthy live.

I like doing exercise such as playing volleyball, swimming , jogging, cycling.

We should do exercise three times a week. 

What health problems does eating fastfood cause? 

Excessive calorie consumption creates many health problems such as obesity , cardiovascular diseases , kidney problems and type 2 diabetes. Exsessive sodium consumption also causes hypertension and cardiovaskular diseases.

Breakfast is important for everybody.

Do not skip breakfast. By eating a proper breakfast you can stay healthy. 

Breakfast food should be prepared with less oil or fat, salt and sugar.
