Going To the Beach
Written and Read By: Amari Young
When I got into the car
My family and I went very far
We saw the beach
I went to a fruit stand to get a peach
When we went into the hotel
I saw someone eating rotel
When my mom and I went to the airport
I saw a heliport
After that, we went to the dock
I spotted a gigantic rock
We boarded the boat
Eventually, I had to put on a coat

After that, I spotted some floats
I yanked my mom's dress so she would take note
My mom let me get into the pool
I used my floaty as a tool
We went into the hotel room
The room was pretty and smelt like perfume
Soon after we had to lie down
While the other kids played on the playground
We got up and went outside
"Hide and Seek" we played and I had to hide
After we got into the car
My family and I went very far

It was the next day
I put on clothes and they were gray
Then my mom took me to school
There were some tools
Now I remember my graduation is today
I walked thru the pathway
This made my day
My mom was so happy that she cried
After that, we went for a ride
I went to my grandma's house
She was watching the news I seen the statehouse
After that we went home and went to bed

Graduation
Written and Read By: Jessica L. Yarborough
Graduation is coming
Roaring with happiness
Always going to remember my school
Doing my best on every test
Using my knowledge
Always going to remember my teachers
Testing has come testing has went
I will always miss my school and teachers
Owning my positivity
Now elementary school has ended

Graduation
Written and Read By: Quincy K. Wicker
Geiger was my school
Rising up to a new level
Appreciating our teachers
Doing our work carefully
Understanding the assignment
All classes doing review
Taking the SC ready test
I will never forget Geiger
On the stage ready for middle school
Now it's time to say goodbye

Questions
Written and Read By: Seth T. Squirewell
Who am I?
Am I a famous actor?
Am I a farmer on a tractor?
Am I a hot yet hard-working man?
Am I lazy and sitting by the fan?
What am I?
Am I a worthless object?
Am I a helpless project?
Am I quiet, peaceful, and shy?
Am I loud with a fierce battle cry?

Where am I?
Am I inside a cradle bed?
Am I alone with no roof over my head?
Am I under the ocean blue sky?
Am I in heaven where the angels fly?
When am I?
Am I in the future that hasn’t yet come
Am I in the past that haunts the present sum?
Am I in the present? Who knows when?
Am I in between with my family and friends?

Why am I?
Why am I all by myself?
Why do I have such wealth?
Why doesn't anyone love me?
Why doesn’t anyone see me?
I know who I am
But though that is true
The real question is
Who are you?

Graduation
Written And Read By: Yusuf A. Muhammad
Graduation is a thing of happiness
Some families say it is a great thing to witness
Graduation is a beautiful scene
It looks like I'm looking at a screen
Graduation makes me feel so much joy
It's like I just got a new toy
Middle school is going to be fun
It feels like I just won
I'm going to shine just like the sun
Because I'm going to shoot like a railgun
I'm going to shoot for the stars
Because watch out world next I'm going to Mars.
