One Day in the City known as The Big Apple, Mia decided to walk around and found the most coolest toy in the world. Both girls and boys can play with it. It comes in different colors and can go super high in the sky. She saw the toy many times before but did not know, if it was right for her.

Mia wanted the toy so bad, but did not have any money; her parents weren't going to give her any either. She tried asking her parents over and over again, even though they always said NO! She had no way of getting the toy of her dreams.

Mia went days trying to figure out how to get money. She couldn't work, because she was too young. The next day she went to the store and saw that everyone was buying the same toy. Now there were only a little bit of toys left. She had to find the money soon or all the toys would be gone.

Her parents knew how much she wanted the toy, but couldn't get it for her. They found a piece of paper on the sidewalk, asking for little children to help out in the community. They would have to go to the Community Center everyday for three weeks and then they would be payed $5 a week. Mia would make $15 by the end of the three weeks and have enough money to buy the toy.

When Mia arrived at the Community Center, she was met by Abby the head of the Community Center. Mia was told by Abby that she had to help take care of three older people for the three weeks. She was supposed to talk to them, help them with whatever they needed, and go through there daily exercises with them.

Right this way Mia is the three people you have to take care of
Mia met the older lady named Mary, she was so sweet. She wanted to talk about her life when she was around Mia's age. Mary's family was taught to believe in the five pillars. Which is believing in only one God, praying five times a day, helping the poor. Not eating or drinking on a specific day during Ramadan to help you get closer to God and going to a place called Mecca to tell people the bad things you have done over the years ("Understanding Basic"). All of those things is what makes Mary a Muslim. If you didn't follow those rules you could not be a Muslim. Mary reads the Koran everyday with her cup of coffee to remember what her childhood was like.

The next week Mia met with an older guy named Jerry, Jerry was a little weird, but fun. He had Mia take him out for walks to look around the town. Jerry talked to Mia about yoga which helped him through his life. The yoga helped Jerry's mind not think about a lot all at once. Since there are different kinds of yoga in Hinduism including Jnana yoga through understanding, Bhakti yoga through love, Karma yoga through work and Raja yoga through physical experiences. The first step to get through every one of these types of yoga's, is taking apart the bad habits and having more good ones like not stealing, not harming anything and being truthful and controlling yourself ("Smith"). Jerry has always been told that he should reach Moksha, where you should pull away from the world to finally see how you can connect with the universe ("Beliefs of Hinduism").
