Luna was a beautiful, grey cat who lived with her masters Sam and Nichae for 2 years.  Ever since she was a kitten, Luna was the only pet in the household and she was very happy with that. She got all the toys, cuddles, food and love from her mom and dad and she was quite happy with that as she loved being spoiled.

    One day, Sam and Nichae came home with a huge box. Luna looked at the box, wondering, what was inside. Jack gently opened the box and out jumped a happy white puppy.  

    "This is your new brother," said Nichae, "his name is George. George, this is your sister Luna."

    George wagged his tail with excitement. He never had a cat sister before. Luna was not happy with this. She started worrying about George eating her food, getting all the cuddles and having to share toys. She started to become furious.

    Sam and Nichae walked away leaving Luna and George in the room.

   "Hi! I’m Geo…"

   "‘Listen here!" Luna hissed cutting off George. "I am the one that is in charge here. You are not my brother. Do not touch my toys or eat my food. Stay out of my way!"

    "We don’t have to be brother and sister but we can be friends," murmured George.

   "‘Don’t count on that." Luna hissed as she walked away.

    George felt sad at first, but he was determined to build a relationship with Luna. "I will make her like me." George said confidently to himself. 

Don't count on that.

    On the second day at the house, George walked up to Luna while she was sunbathing at her favourite window. He had a ball in his mouth and dropped it in front of her. "Wanna play?" George asked her eagerly while wagging his tail.

    "You’re blocking my sun. Move." Luna said with an annoyed tone. 

    George, disappointedly, picked up his ball and walked away. George stayed clear of for about 2 days.

    On the fourth day at the house, George was searching for his food bowl. His and Luna’s dishes are pretty similar and he mistakenly started eating from her dish. Luna entered the room and saw George eating from her bowl.

    "What do you think you are doing?"  Luna asked with a shout. George was startled and accidentally spilled Luna’s food all over the floor.

    "I… I didn’t mean to… I still can’t remember which bowl is…"

    "You’re ruining everything! I don’t want you here! You make a mess of things and you are bothering me! I wish you would just leave me alone!" Luna shouted.
