"How do you feel?"

The story "How you feel?" is about the importance of expressing one's emotions. By expressing our emotions with someone close to us, such as friends or family members, we can feel safe to be ourselves and get the feeling that we are in an environment that feels like home. In the story, multiple characters feel different emotions such as happiness, anger, scared, worried, sickness, etc. All these emotions that we all feel and as adults, some of us, want to express them but we do not know what to do with them or how to act with them, so we hide them, causing us harm inside. This book teaches children at a young age to express themselves to someone who they feel safe with and know that they will not be judged. That person can be the very one to help us relieve stressful feelings and convey them into something positive.
