Dedicated to my lack of creativity.

Gary was a 6-year-old boy who was just about to enter first grade at a new school. Today was Gary's first day of school. He was both shy and scared to meet his new classmates, but his mom encouraged him to be excited to meet new people. When Gary and his mom arrived at school, she said, "Have a good day, honey!"
To which Gary responded with a simple, "Thanks, mom."
Gary was not excited to meet his new classmates and was annoyed that he couldn't stay home and play video games. He didn't want to go to school that day, which made him not want to have fun.

"Have a good first-day honey!"
"Thanks, mom."
Gary became annoyed when everybody was introducing themselves because he believed his time was being wasted. This mood became apparent to the others when he introduced himself and said, "My name is Gary, and I don't want to be here."
When Gary's classmates heard this, they believed he was mean.

"My name is Gary, and I don't want to be here."
During recess, Gary was still annoyed that he had to be there. He then saw a group of his classmates playing with a ball he wanted. Because Gary was upset, he forgot his manners and took the ball from them without asking.
He only said, "It's my ball now."
This upset his classmates.

"It's my ball now."
During silent reading time, Gary got angry that he couldn't do something enjoyable. Gary told his classmate, "You are ugly and stupid," when his classmate tried to ask him a question. This made his classmate cry and tell the teacher what had happened.

"You are ugly and stupid."
When the teacher heard this, she was not happy. She called Gary's mom and told him what had happened. She also made Gary stay after school as punishment for his actions. This saddened Gary because he didn't mean to be rude to his classmates. Gary's teacher told him, "If there is no improvement in your behavior, I will have to give you a worse punishment."
Gary told her that he would be better tomorrow and went home.

"If there is no improvement in your behavior, I will have to give you a worse punishment."
"I Heard what you did today at school, and I am very disappointed in you." Gary's mom said. "I know you don't want to go to school, but it will be more miserable if you don't try to enjoy yourself and make friends. I want you to give it a chance and have a better attitude."
Gary reluctantly agreed because he had never liked letting his mother down.

"I Heard what you did today at school, and I am very disappointed in you."
