
Chicken soup with noodles by Ola 6d Poland
Ingredients:
noodle,
chicken,
carrot,
parsley,
parsley root,
celery,
leek,
salt and pepper.








Directions:
Boil water in a big pot.
Peel and chop the vegetables.
Put the chicken and the vegetables in the pot. Cook slowly for 2 hours.
In the end add salt and pepper.
In the meantime cook the noodles in salty water. Serve hot.

Next, add potatoes. Finally, cook potatoes until tender.
Salad

First, slices cucumber. Next add some cream and salt. Finally, mix it carefully. The salad is ready.

-take a small bowl and mi the mayo ,lemone juice salat,peper and sugar together
-take a big bowl and put the vegetables add the mayo sauce and mix them together
-put it to the fridge (for 12 hours if you have time-it tastes the best then)

4. Form a roller.
5. Cut into pieces.
6. Cook in salted water 3 minutes
7. Take out with a solted spoon.
8. Melt the butter with the breadcrumbs and pour the noodles.

Ingredients:
- 6 medium eggs
- 2 flat teaspoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of chopped dill
- half a teaspoon of salt and pepper
- 3 teaspoons of breadcrumbs to coat the cutlets and two teaspoons of vegetable oil for frying.

step 1: Cook 5 eggs in a hard-boiled pot. Then let them cool and peel.
step 2: Transfer the eggs to a bowl and grind thoroughly with a fork. Beat the egg, add salt, pepper, parsley, chives and breadcrumbs. Mix the whole to create a uniform mass.
step 3: From the mass, form round chops and slightly flatten them by hand.
step 4: Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the cutlets on both sides, 3 minutes each.

-pour the boiling water into the bowl, and knead it. If the water is still hot, then you can mix it a little with a spoon

-cut the thin form into circles, and stuff it with whatever you want

Preparation:
To prepare the bechamel sauce, heat some butter and add flour. Once flour turns pale yellow, add milk and salt. When it starts boiling, turn the stove off and let cool.
Cook desired pasta. Once cooled, add the prepared bechamel sauce, eggs, fresh cheese, sour cream and salt as needed. Pour into an oiled pan and bake at 160 ͦ C. When it turns golden brown, take out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes so it gets firm and can be cut into squares.
Leek, pork and barley stew
Ingredients:






Preparation:
Finely chop onions, sauté until golden yellow. Add grated carrots, celery root and parsley root. Once the veggies are softer, add meat cut into squares, season with salt, veggie mix and paprika. When the meat is cooked through, add peeled tomatoes and stew together. Once the meat is done (very soft), add blanched leek and cooked barley, add water and cook for a while. Once it boils, add finely chopped garlic and fresh parsley.
Turkey and vegetable stew
Ingredients:

Ingrédient :
-3 yellow onions
-a pack of lasagna
- 1 carrot
-800g tomato puree
-70g rapé cheese
-100g flour
-125 g butter
-600g minced steak
-125g of Parmesan cheese
-1l of milk
Step 1 chopped garlic cloves and chopped onions in a little olive oil.
STep 2 Add the carrot and chopped celery stalk, then add the meat .
STep 3 After a few minutes, add the red wine. Cook until evaporated
STep 4 Add the tomato purée, water and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
STEP 5 Prepare the béchamel: melt 100 g of butter.
STEP 6 add the flour all at once.
STEP 7 Return to heat and stir with a whisk until smooth.
STep 8 Gradually add the milk
. STep 9 Stir constantly, until the mixture thickens.
STEP 10 Then, add the nutmeg, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes over very low heat, stirring constantly. Set aside.
STEP 11 Add the Parmesan Preheat oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7). Oil a lasagna dish. Place a thin layer of béchamel then lasagna leaves, . Repeat 3 times.
STep 12 On the last layer of lasagna, put only bbechamel and cover with grated cheese.
STep 13 Bake for about 25 minutes.

HAM CROQUETTES (Iraya and Carla)
This recipe is very deliceous and popular here, in Spain.
I love my mother´s ham croquettes.
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
Some flour
Some milk
1 onion
Bread crumbs
Nutmeg
Chopped serrano ham







ELABORATION
First, boil the eggs, peel and chop them.
Then, put the pan in the fireand add some extra virgin olive oil.
Chop the onion and add it it in the pan, when this is gold, add the eggs and the chopped serrano ham and stir.
Now, add the flour and scramble, next pour the milk little by little and stir at the same time. When it almost thickns add a little of nutmeg until thick.
Now, to mold them, they have to be a little sticky, after the dough is spread in a try, it is only a bit warm.
Finally give them shape, then beat the other egg and put here the dough and in the bread crumbs, put them in the pan to fry qnd that´s all.
TORRIJAS
This is a dessert that we personally love. It is typical to do them in Easter. They are delicious!!

INGREDIENTS:
A loaf of bread
Cinnamon (2 sticks and some in powder)
600 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
3 or 4 eggs

ELABORATION:
·First, slice a loaf of bread in slices of 2 cm.
·Then boil 600ml of milk with two cinnamon sticks and 100g of sugar. You can change this quantity.
·Next, put the milk with sugar in the strainer to drain it.
In another bowl, break 3 or 4 eggs and beat them.
· To continue, put the slices of bread in the milk and when they are soak, batter them with eggs and put them in the pan with a lot of olive oil to fry them.
·Finally, put the "torrijas" on a plate with a little of kitchen paper so that, they lose the olive oil and if you want, you can splinckle some cinnamon powder.

I love this recipe. It is delicious. This is my grandmother´s recipe but some people in Spain eat it like this. We usually eat this recipe with our family or friends because it is a lot of food. It´s the best recipe in the world.

·Put a lamb feet in a clay tray.
·Next add salt, lemon juice and butter
·Then add some water.

TORRIJAS
ingredients :
-one loaf of bread from the day before or a specific loaf for Torrijas.
-one and a half litre of whole milk.
-5 medium-sized eggs.
-one stick of cinnamon branch.
-300 g of white sugar and one tublespoon of of cinnamon.
-1/2 l of mild extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION
First boil some milk and pour it in a recipient with a stick of cinnamon, then put inside the recipients some slices of bread to soak in milk . After that, when it is already done sprinkle to them a mix of cinnamon and sugar, then break some eggs inside another recipient and stir it. When you finish that, pour the slices of bread inside and while you wait turn on the cooker; after that, put the slices of torrija inside the frying pan and when it finishes frying take it out and wait for it to cool down to eat.
