Izmir is Turkey's third largest city. It is located on the Aegean Sea coast. It is a modern city that embraces different cultures and lives with its world-famous fairground and port. These, the leader of the Erectide who lived around Izmir, married the Amazon woman Smirna and named the region after his wife Smirna. Izmir is a very old settlement. The first settlement is İzmir Mound.

 Istanbul is the most populous city in Turkey and the country's economic, cultural and historic center.  There are many historical buildings and natural places in Istanbul that attract tourists. These; Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Rumeli Fortress and Bosporus etc.

Breakfast with Simit and  Turkish tea on the ferry from Azra and Zehranur

The takes the simit before boarding the ferry. Then comes the teas on the ferry. I sip my tea against the Bosphorus. I shares my simit with the seagulls.

Eminönü- Fish bread

My favorite food is fish bread.It is a common street food item in Turkish cuisine. It is a sandwich of a filet of fried or grilled fish served along with various vegetables, inside a bun of Turkish bread. It is typically served on the Eminönü square straight from the boat on which it is prepared.
