It was my first day at school. I was nervous but excited. Mostly excited. When i entered the school, it was very calming. There was no noise. The announcements was the only thing i could hear. Everyone greeted me. But there was this one girl that just smiled. I saw her backpack and had the name "Echo". I went up to her and said "Hello Echo, isn't that your name?" Then she just laughed and left. I didn't get why she laughed. What if that wasn't her name? I was confused. It turns out, she is in the same class as me. I decided i was going to talk to her after class.

After geometry class ended, i went up to the girl i saw at the entrance of the school. "Sorry if what i said made you upset. "I said. "Haha that's okay." Said the girl. I could tell she did forgive me. But science class was next. So i didn't have time to talk to her again. After science was lunch. The food was very delicious. Then i saw the girl i talked to earlier. She was in a table with some girls. I went up to her and asked "Is Echo your name?" "Yes." She said. That was good to know. Then i sat with her till the end of lunch.

School was over after gym class. I saw Echo outside waiting for her parents. I went up to her once again and asked "Do you want to come to the bus with me?" "No thanks." She said. She sounded a little tired. So i just went in the bus. She didn't get assigned to bus pickup, so she had to wait for her parents.

The next day i went to school. Tomorrow was Friday, so i didn't have to go to school. But i wanted to anyway. I overheard some girls saying that Echo was gonna stay. They sounded like her friends. Once i went to math class, i asked Echo if she was staying tomorrow. "Yeah, why?"Echo asked. "I just wanted to know."I said.Not only i knew, but i could be friends with her! I was very happy, until my mom said we were going to the store tomorrow.

"Can i stay for school tomorrow?" I asked. ''Sorry Mary, but i have to bring you. Who's going to watch you after you come home?" She said. "Please? I can watch myself."I said "Sorry, but still a no."Mom said. I was very sad! I went upstairs got ready for bed and went to sleep. The next day my mom and i went to the store. We got our groceries, hopped on the car, and went back home. Then something popped on my mind. "Mom, can we have a pet cat?"I asked. "Well you have good grades.'' "Said mom" you have been helping with chores. 

"So yes, you can have a pet cat. "Said mom. I was so happy! We went to the pet shop and got my cat. It was as white as snow, and we got her a little bed so she can sleep on. Once we potty train her, she can sleep on my bed. She was so fluffy too! I decided i was going to call her "Snow. I plan to tell the class about my new pet cat.

Before i went to bed, i read a book called"The three sisters." I read half of it. Then i put a bookmark so i can read it tomorrow. The next morning i opened my book to see that the bookmark was gone! It must have slipped when i put it in my shelf. I looked everywhere. I even looked under my bed. Especially in my bookshelf. I also looked on my bed to make sure it didn't land there. On my bathroom, the carpet, even my desk! I couldn't give up. So i looked under Snow's bed. I looked everywhere! I double checked the bookshelf too.
