This book is dedicated to those who have ever felt alone in a time of need. Just like Issac, you will always have someone in your corner.

Samantha, Issac, and Emma are the "3 musketeers" of Ms. Smith's class. They do everything together from working on worksheets to drawing together during their free time and playing together during recess.

One day during free time, Issac was left alone by the blocks because Samantha was home sick for the day and Emma had gone to the bathroom. When Issac began setting up his blocks, Julia came up to Issac, knocked them down and said,
"You don't deserve to play with the blocks. They're all mine! Stand up with your dummy face and get out of here."

Issac had never been spoken to like that before. He did not know what to do, who to talk to, or even how to feel.
Issac moved to the other side of the room and sat at an empty table.
When Emma came back from the bathroom, she began looking for Issac. When she found him sitting at the table alone, she knew something was wrong because he had a sad look on his face.

"What happened?", Emma asked when she made her way to the table.
"I just wanted to play with the blocks but Julia called me a "dummy" and told me to leave. She really hurt my feelings", Issac said in a sad tone.
When Emma looked up from Issac, she saw Julia across the classroom bullying another classmate.
Emma tried to think of what to say to make Issac feel better. She thought long and hard until she found an answer.

"You know", started Emma, "last year, someone bullied me too. His name is Griffin and he really hurt my feelings".
Issac looked up at her with hope in his eyes.
Emma continued, "he pushed me over at recess and I got a cut on my knee. He didn't get in trouble because he told the teacher it was an accident".

"I have experienced being bullied so I know exactly how you feel. The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone because Samantha and I are here, right next to you".
As soon as Emma finished, Issac jumped from his seat and gave Emma the biggest hug.
