Frozen Fruit Sticks
* We start by cutting our fruits
*We cubed watermelon, pineapple, and honeydew
*We cut the kiwi into half moons
*We leave the grapes whole
*Then start putting the pieces of fruit on the skewer
* We put two sets of fruit on each skewer
*Then put the final product in the freezer
* After one hour you can take it out and then eat it
* Nutrients*
Protein, Vitamin D, Calcium, and Iron

Chick3n Nuggets
* Go to any grocery store * Nutrients*
* Pick out a chicken nugget bag Vitamin D
* Bring it home Calcium
* Cut open the bag Iron
* Grab a tray
* Place the nuggets on the tray
*Place the tray inside the oven
* Pre heat the oven to 350F
* Bake the nuggets for about 10 minutes
* Take the nuggets out with a oven mat
* Be ready to eat!

Peanut Butter/Apple Sauce Sandwich
* 2 slices of bread * Nutrients*
*1/2 tablespoon peanut butter Calories Protein
*1/2 tablespoon apple sauce Carbs Fat
* Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread, and add the applesauce on the other slice
*Place them together
*Cut in half
*Be ready to eat!

Oatmeal
* You will need fashioned oats or rolled oats
* Milk
* Water
* Dash of salt
* Start by measuring the oats and liquids 1:2
* Serving size 1/2 cup of oats to 1 cup of water
* Add 1/2 cup of milk
* Place in the microwave without a cover on it
* Microwave on high for 2 minutes
* Nutrients *
Vitamin B, a small amount of calcium and potassium

Blue Spilurlina Yogurt Bowl
* 1/4 cup Non- Fat Greek Yogurt
* 1 cup of banana, 1 banana: Half for topping, half blended in yogurt * Nutrients*
* 1 kiwi Cholesterol
* 1/4 cup Blueberries, (about 1/4 cup) Sodium
* 1/2 tsp Blue spirulina, ( Unicorn Superfoods ) Fat
* 1/2 tsp Bee Pollen
*In a blender add yogurt, 20 grams of banana, and blue spirulina
*Blend until it's smooth, about 1/2 minutes stopping and scraping the side down
*Pour blended yogurt into a bowl
*Top off with sliced bananas, blueberries, bee pollen , and kiwi

Grilled Cheese
* Bread ( Thicker slice of bread )
* Butter- 1 Tbsp of butter on each slice of bread
* Cheese- Use a combination of sliced medium cheddar
* Heat skillet- Place a skillet over low to medium/low heat * Nutrients*
* Griddle should be 275 Fats, Protein carbo
* Immediately add 2 slices of bread with butter down
* Brown the toast- Flip it once, until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted
*Serve- Cut the sandwich in half on diagonal
