Hi, I’m Goldy! I live with my owner Chase. He is the best owner a fish could ever ask for. He feeds me, talks to me, and takes such great care of me.

I live a good life, eating and swimming, but sometimes, it gets boring. There is no excitement or adventure! All I do is swim around in circles until Chase gets home from wherever he is all day. 

One morning, Chase did his normal routine. He got ready, waved goodbye to me, and I knew he wouldn’t come home for a couple hours.

When he left, I started to swim around in my fish bowl.

Suddenly I stopped swimming. I realized that I am so tired of doing the same thing everyday. It was time for a change.

I decided to jump out of my fish bowl and go on an adventure.

I flopped out the door like a fish out of water, and started on my journey. 

I made my way to the end of the hallway, until I was stopped by these big, bulky blocks. I was terrified! “There is no way I can get past these!” I said.

I was about to give up, but then I found a way to get past these obstacles. I flopped down each block individually. Finally, I got to the bottom.

“I did it! This is the adventure I was looking for!” I said to myself.

When I reached the bottom of the blocks, massive materials towered over me. I wanted to explore, but there was no time.

I could feel my air running out by the second! I needed water! I was panicking!

I found something that I had seen before in Chase’s bathroom, and I remembered that when he twisted the handle, water would come out. I climbed up the handle of the cabinet, and hopped up on the surface. I jumped into the bowl, twisted the handle, and water poured out of the tube. I felt relieved!
