If you destroy oak or dark oak leaves, you will find these are good to eat. 

is for birch.

Birch is a type of tree. If you chop it down with an axe, you can use the wood to make birch planks.

is for creeper.

If you hear a creeper coming, it's time to run! If they get 3 blocks away, they will blow up and destroy blocks around them.

is for dirt.

Dirt blocks are great for filling in holes. If you place dirt near grass, they become grass blocks.

is for enderman.

Enderman like to move blocks around by teleporting. They won't hurt you unless you hurt them or look in their eyes. 

is for fox.

Fox can carry an item in their mouth. To tame a fox, you'll need sweet berries or glow berries. 

is for ghast.

You can find a ghast in the nether. Don't let them see you. They get nervous and spit fireballs at players.

is for horse.

You can tame a horse with carrots. If you have a saddle, you can put it on the horse to ride around the overworld. 

is for iron.

If you find this ore in the overworld, mine it with a stone pickaxe and cook it in a furnace to make iron ingots. 

is for jack o' lantern.

To make a jack o' lantern, combine a torch and a carved pumpkin in the crafting table. You can carve a pumpkin with shears.

is for kelp.

You can find kelp in an ocean biome. Break it by hand and dry it in a furnace for food or fuel.

is for lava. 

Lava is a liquid block that burns players and mobs. It can be used for fuel if you have a bucket. 

is for mooshroom.

Mooshroom are cow mobs that only spawn in mushroom fields biomes. Use shears on them to get 5 mushrooms!

is for netherite.

Netherite is rare ore found in the nether. Use it to upgrade your diamond gear to make it even stronger and fire resistant.

is for obsidian.

When water flows over a lava source it creates obsidian. Collect it with a diamond pickaxe to make a nether portal or a really strong house!

is for phantom.

Don't stay up too long in Minecraft or you might see these guys up in the sky. They sneak attack you to remind you to get some rest.
