Chapter 1

  The book

It was the end of the school day. Maddie was given a book of the emotions by the teacher, Miss Bell, for being a good student. She showed her older brothers, Mark and Jole the book. They were facinated as they have never seen such emotion words. Suddenly, the book let out a light glow. ' What's happening?' asked Jole. Soon, they disappeared in the room. They closed their eyes together.

Chapter 2

  Into the book

After they opened their eyes, they were in a forest. Mark and Jole were shocked. Mark was scared and hid behind Jole. Jole frowned. Maddie stepped out. 'There must be a way out!' She saw a piece of paper on the floor. It read, ' To get out, you must find your weakness and overcome it.' She was confused and told her brothers about it.

Her brothers asked, ' What is that?' Maddie said,' I don't know, but we will have to find out.' They set off to look for clues. 

To get out, you must find your weakness and overcome it.

Chapter 3

  Jole 

Not long, they came upon an old tree. Next to the tree was a note. ' Another clue!' shouted Mark. Jole picked it up. It read ' Climb up that tree and take a white daisy you find, the person who is holding this.' Maddie thought for a while. ' Well, Jole, I guess you have to climb up that tree to look for a white daisy then.' ' Oh well, that's easy for me. I bet you can't climb it!' Jole laughed.

Jole started to climb up that tree. However, not from a few steps, Jole fell down. ' Ahh!' Jole shouted. Thump! Jole landed hard on the ground. Mark was scared, ' Are you ok?' Jole panted. ' Huh... huh..., I guess I'm fine.' Maddie spotted a scrape on Jole's knee. ' You've scraped your knee!' It was bleeding. 'Oh no! How am I supposed to climb the tree now?' Maddie searched in her pocket. ' I found a bandage. This should help you.' She put the bandage on to Jole's knee. ' Thanks.' replied Jole.

Suddenly, Maddie exclaimed. ' I know!' ' What?' asked her brothers. ' Jole, you are too boastful! Just then, you said climbing the tree was easy, but you ended up falling. Your weakness is being too boastful.' Her brothers agreed. ' Alright. I will climb the tree again. Sorry for being too boastful.' His siblings smiled. And soon, Jole climbed up the tree. 

Jole quickly got back down from the tree and in his hands was a big, white daisy.' We did it!' the siblings exclaimed. After a while, they set off to look for new clues.

Chapter 4

  Mark

Not long, they came across a beach. ' What a nice sunshine!' they exclaimed. They found another clue on the sandy beach. It read' Look through the shore, and find a red toy car, the one who is holding this.' This time, Mark picked it up. He started to panick. ' How am I suppose to find a small red toy car in such a big seashore!' he whispered to himself.

After looking for a few minutes, Mark came back to his siblings. ' I can't. This is too hard!' he sobbed. Jole comforted him. ' I know it's hard, but we need to find the way out. Your weakness is that you panick a lot when things don't seem to be done easily. Have faith in yourself. Come on Maddie, let's help Mark.'
