Both were fascinated by food from around the world and wanted to promote the rich food culture in their home country. But they were thousands of kilometers apart from each other. Thanks to technology, they were able to communicate by letter.

I want to tell you about the delicious recipes of Romania. Here is one of our favorite dishes: Sarmale. This traditional dish is packed with rice, meat and spices wrapped in cabbage leaves. It offers a wonderful aroma and taste. You must try it!
