The story is written in list order.
Once upon a time, there were two young girls named Adela, who lived in Romania, and Ayşe, who lived in Turkey. Both were fascinated by food from around the world and wanted to promote the rich food culture in their home country. But they were thousands of kilometers apart from each other. Thanks to technology, they were able to communicate by letter.

While sitting at her home in Bucharest, Adela took a letter pen and started writing on paper. Hello Ayşe, I hope you are healthy and happy when you find this letter. I want to tell you about the delicious recipes of Romania. Here is one of our favorite dishes: Sarmale. This traditional dish is packed with rice, meat and spices wrapped in cabbage leaves. It offers a wonderful aroma and taste. You must try it!

Ayşe smiled excitedly as she took the letter and read it. He immediately took a pen and paper and began to write the answer. Dear Adela, it is really a great feeling to communicate with you by letter! I would like to tell you one of the delicious recipes of Turkish cuisine. Here is Turkey's famous dish: İçli Meatballs. This delicious dish, consisting of fine bulgur and meat mixture on the outside, is filled with ground beef, walnuts and onions flavored with spices. You should definitely try it.

While Adela was excitedly reading Ayşe's letter, she decided to write her next letter. Dear Ayşe, I was really excited to learn the recipe for İçli Meatballs! I'll try as soon as I get your letter. I want to share with you another Romanian flavor: Mămăligă. This is a kind of dish made with cornmeal. It is usually served with cheese, milk or meat on the side. It is very delicious. I hope you like it!

Ayşe read Adela's letter with excitement. She thought of Turkish dishes made with cornmeal. She immediately thought of Kuymak. This dish made with butter, a special cheese and cornmeal is indispensable for people living in the coastal cities of the Black Sea. This dish, which is eaten hot,is usually on the tables for breakfast.
