Understanding Different
Types of Rights
Human rights can be grouped into distinct categories based on their origins and how they apply: God-given Rights, Universal Human Rights, and Constitutional or State Rights. Each category serves a specific purpose in ensuring dignity, freedom, and protection.

1. God-Given Rights
Universal rights cannot be revoked or granted by any
authority. Rooted in natural law and morality. The right to life and personal freedom. The right to defend oneself from harm or oppression. The right to access natural resources like air, water, and food. The right to live in harmony with the Earth and pursue happiness.
Examples of God-Given Rights:
These are your God given rights that come from the belief that all humans are created equal and endowed with fundamental freedoms by a higher power. These rights exist independently of any government, constitution, or legal system.
