A young girl who didn’t realize that her alarm had already rung lay on her bed with her eyes awake as large as an owl.
“Sweetie, didn't your alarm ring at 8:00 to wake you up?” called “the perfect mom.” “Sorry, mom!” called out just the “regular Sesame.”
Sesame had reddish brown hair and bright brown eyes, even when she felt tired.

Sesame and her mom were always cranky in the morning, but no matter what, they always loved each other.
Today was different. Sesame came happily towards the kitchen, though she wished she could sleep longer in her bed with her comfy mattress and light green blanket that felt as soft and fuzzy as her neighbor's dog.
Her mom never bought her a dog because it took a lot of care and commitment, and Sesame knew she never did much around the home, but still, she really wanted a dog.

Her dad wanted a dog, too, but her mom would give him vicious looks when he asked for a dog, and he felt very alarmed by that - so he would do what Sesame’s mom told him.
Sesame thought it was almost like what happens in a kingdom: a frightening queen, a scared king, and a happy daughter; err, mostly.

Sesame ate her pancakes and quickly rushed outside because her mom might scold her for not hurrying as much and missing her bus, AGAIN.

She tried the last bus for late people but missed that one, too.
Some parents were even helping with the drop-off, but when she tried hopping on, there just wasn’t enough space!

She even sat on her bike but forgot it needed more air to ride smoothly.
When she walked back to her mom to ask her to drive her to school, she realized that her mom had already left to help people at the Optometry, and she had no idea what that was.
What about her dad? Her dad… hmmm… but he was meeting with his colleague, Derry. Sesame knew all her dad’s colleagues' names by heart.

Anyway, the only option was to WALK!
“Seriously!?” Sesame thought. It would take her about 20 MINUTES, and she was late, AGAIN!
Sesame had to walk all the way from home. She missed the bus and her bike didn't have air. Sesame tried some quick math to find out how long it would take, but she was finding it hard to do all the mental math!

Sesame started to walk, and then suddenly, something stopped her. It was a cry for help. She turned her head in opposite directions.
She was stumped and exclaimed, “Who is this person? Where is this person..?" She was interrupted.
It looked like the sound was coming from behind her. “There it is! Is it perhaps a flower yelling or something?” she thought.

“A talking flower?” She said in awe. Suddenly, a bee stung her, “Ouch, what was that for?” A bee was moving its mouth; she only knew that because she squinted her eyes when she looked at the bee.
She thought their bee remover person had taken every bee out of her front porch!
Well, apparently NOT.

At that moment, a bee squeaked. Sesame was fascinated; however, she didn’t want to get stung, so she navigated carefully and placed her ear right next to the bee to find out more.
The bee gave a big speech which she didn't understand. And then, the bee came closer and squeaked again, “Greetings, fellow human being, we have a problem!"

“Our queen got stuck when she tried to pollinate the flower. She got stuck to the rim of the flower! We all tried to get her out, but more and more of our worker bees got stuck. Now, we need a human being to help us, and you're the only one here, it seems, PLEASE!”
It was a lot to process, and Sesame was surprised at what she saw, “Wait.. So, a random bee asks for your help. Firstly, WHAT? Secondly, HOW?” she thought.

Sesame didn’t want to be mean by saying "No!" so she said, “I’ll try!”.
Sesame stuck her finger into the flower. At first, it did not fit, but she tried harder and then felt the soft fur or something that felt like it could be a part of a bee.
It was so soft and cozy. Sesame felt like she could sleep in it all day, but it was so small.

Sesame tried pulling, and she could feel something, but it wouldn’t budge. Sesame didn't want to hurt the flower either.
The bees seemed very disappointed, but what could she possibly do? It was not like she could shrink or something!
“Wait, that’s it!” she mumbled. "During the science lesson yesterday, they showed us a shrinking machine. What if I could take it and shrink myself!" she thought.

“I would be tiny, just like the bee! It’s not rocket science - it’s easy. It’s so crazy, but it might just work!” she exclaimed.
Sesame told the bees about the crazy plan and that it would take some time but asked them not to fret.
Sesame ran to her teacher’s Science Lab as fast as she could. She tried to sneak into the lab before the next block started.

“I have about 15 minutes to pack the machine and use it later." she thought. It was about 13 centimeters and 2 inches long. It was just the perfect size to fit into her backpack.
But the real question was how Sesame would sneak it past everyone without them noticing!
Then, PLOP! An idea came to Sesame. “A chocolate bar!” she thought. “Everyone always crowds to grab chocolates, so I’ll throw a few inside Mrs. Josephine’s classroom!” she mumbled.

Anyway, it was her free time. Her timer was in sync with the clock. She had 5 minutes to do this.” Here we go!” she whispered.
“Hey, look, everyone - I have chocolates. It's gourmet!” Sesame yelled with excitement. “What!? My mom would never let me have it!” screamed Charlotte furiously.
“No fair, I want it!” Max said. Then, everyone started running after Sesame.

Sesame dropped the chocolates on the floor, and everyone crowded around it. Her plan had worked with just 2 minutes to go!
Sesame was so glad she bumped into the bees. This day was so much fun for Sesame! So, after the entire school day, Sesame rushed energetically toward her house.
Sesame told the bees that her idea would definitely work. She shrank herself while closing her eyes. Guess what? It worked!

“Great!” squeaked a bee. Sesame jumped into the flower with the bees. “AAAAH!” she screamed with exotic excitement. Sesame felt like she was traveling through a portal.
Sesame landed on something. Sesame didn’t know what it was. She saw leaves rising magically in the air, then a vast distance and another leaf.
"Wow! There are leaves, flowers, and such beautiful plants inside a flower. This is surely a magical flower!" she thought.

Then, a bee told Sesame, “You must jump on the leaves! It is one of the obstacles you must pass to get to our queen bee.”
Sesame said, “Exactly, how many OBSTACLES are there to get to the queen bee?” she asked.
“About 3. Our worker bees got to 2, and then after that was the third, but the bees got trapped before they could cross the third obstacle. It seems like there are a lot of traps! ” exclaimed the little bee.

“How do you know that?” Sesame asked. “We went in for a second because we were tired after waiting for our bees.” another bee said.
Sesame was scared after hearing all this, but she knew the bees trusted her.
Sesame courageously jumped on each leaf until the last one as she knew there might be a trap; after all, the bees got trapped after the 2nd jump.

Sesame quickly jumped, did a double flip, and landed straight in the right place. Sesame asked the bees to duck, and they ducked.
Sesame got through the first one and the trap after that! It was time for the second one.
Sesame saw that there was a big cliff leading deep to the bottom. "There's a cliff inside a flower? This is crazy!" Sesame exclaimed.

Sesame didn’t know how to get across, and then she said, “How did I not see that!” Sesame saw a small rope made out of weeds. Sesame ensured it was sturdy and went across the cliff to the other side.
“Not that hard," she thought.
Then Sesame suddenly remembered… “THE TRAP!” Sesame suddenly saw a big avalanche, made with weeds and leaves, come at her.

The bees could fly across instead of using the weed rope. They precisely followed what Sesame asked them to do while Sesame swung with the rope to avoid the avalanche.
Sesame thought the worker bees probably got trapped because of the avalanche, as no one guided them like she had.
Everything was starting to come together like a puzzle. "I think we are close!" Sesame whispered to the bees.

Sesame felt happier because they came closer and closer to the Queen Bee with every step.
"That's it! This is the last one." Sesame said.
Last was the third obstacle, a small weed-made door at the end of the obstacle that might have the queen inside. This obstacle was the hardest, or at least so it seemed.

It looked the same as the second obstacle, but no rope existed. Sesame thought for about an hour and then remembered a good quote. Sesame didn’t think it was helpful, but it just came to her for some reason, “The way isn’t up or down - it’s inside.”
Sesame thought for a minute again. Sesame thought the quote might have something to do with the third obstacle because it came to her at that time for no reason.
Sesame got up. She just tried walking right in, and she floated up. “Whoa!” Sesame said in a scared voice.
