APPLE PIE-recipe
5, 6 apples
1, 2 table spoons of lemon
1 1/2 cups of purposeful flour
¾ cup sugar
2 large eggs
115 gr. butter
2 tea spoons of baking powder
2 table spoon ground cinnamon
2 packs Vanilla
Instructions:
Prepare the apples. Peel, core and dice the apples. Combine them with cinnamon and lemon juice in a bowl. Set aside.
Cream the butter and sugar. In another bowl, beat together the melted butter and eggs until creamy. Add the sugar gradually and continue beating until well combined.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
Assemble the batter: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the apples: Gently fold the prepared apples into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to the appropriate temperature (175°C).
Bake the cake. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
