Hello, this is Cara, she has a big sister named Ash and a little brother named Bailey, Cara also has a dog named Malik. She recently met a mermaid called Kaylani, only Cara’s grandma and her friends, Marble, Stevie, and Sara knew about it.

Since Cara missed Kay so much, she decided to call a group meeting. The group all missed Kaylani, although they each received a seashell necklace that they can look every time and chat with Kay, but it’s still not the same. So, Grandma told Ash that she could sleepover at her friend’s house, and Bailey can go to his friends’ house for dinner. Then, the group set off, since Grandma look after Cara and her siblings, Grandma can choose whenever they can go out with their friends. After 1 hour, they arrived.

They called out to Kaylani, the group told Kay that they missed her, they wanted to let Kaylani to live at their houses. Grandma didn’t agree with that though, she thought that someone will know that Kay is a mermaid. Kaylani got a better idea, she wanted the group to visit her in the ocean! At first, they thought it was a crazy idea, but the more they thought about it, the less crazier it looks. Kay said that she could use some mermaid powder to turn them into mermaids, she offered to guide them in the sea.

Why don’t you come to the sea to visit me?

I’ll just stay on shore, but it’s a great idea.

After they said their farewells to Grandma, they each sprinkled powder on themselves, and they turned into mermaids. Cara had a sea-colored tail, Sara had a green tail, Marble had a green tail too, and Stevie had a blue tail. They look stunning together! Kaylani told them that they’ll have some changes, and they’ll look younger because there are only two ages in Mermaid Land. One is children and one is adult, they’re now the age of children so they’ll look younger.

Kaylani gave the group a tour of her house, there’s a kitchen, two bedroom, a living room, a dining room, and a bathroom. But that’s when they realized that Kay lives alone, Kay told them she lives alone because  her brother, Kai, was lost in the ocean while helping some fish. Her mother was the queen but she went to find her brother, and Kay’s father went to find her mother, leaving Kay alone, so she gave up being a princess and moved to this house.

The second day of being a mermaid was pretty nice, the group woke up earlier than Kaylani, so they decided to surprise her with a special breakfast. They knew that mermaids always have seaweeds for meals, so they made some seaweed soup with some salt and peppers that they brought. The group knew that their friend will love it, so they also made some rice from the grains Grandma gave them. When Kay woke up, she was happy and surprised by her friends’ wonderful gift, they had a very happy meal.

After breakfast, the group thought about helping Kay to find her brother, but Kaylani wanted to show them around the kingdom. She said that mermaids are low on food because after she gave up being a princess, an evil queen decided to rule the kingdom. The evil queen was called Ursa, she married an evil king called Birsha, they had a child called Kikimora, the name was meant to be evil, but the girl was so kind she helped everyone. Ursa didn’t like it, while Kikimora was helping mermaids, she met the group.

Kikimora was helping a stuck merman, the group said hi to Kikimora, they can already see her kindness. Kikimora told them to call her Kiki, and she didn’t liked the way her parents treated her, they let Kiki train with a demon once a week. The group felt sad for Kiki, they decided to help her. Kay thought that Kiki can live at her house for a week, Kiki liked that idea very much, so it was settled. Kikimora will be sharing a room with the girls, so the girls told her about Kay’s story, Kiki wants to help her too.
