God is always with you, and I pray that as you grow, my sweet Granddaughter, you learn that He is, through good and bad, helping you grow into the person you're meant to be. His love for you never ends and He will never leave you, even in the darkest times. He loves you even more than I do, and that's a lot, because I love you 4-ever and ever, no matter what, my Kaleighbear.

Did you know that you are a Princess? Well, you are because you are a child of the greatest King of all...God. There were many other Princesses talked about in the Bible, let's see who they are.

EVE
THE FIRST PRINCESS
Eve was the first woman God made. She lived in the Garden of Eden, a place filled with all they ever needed. She was told that she couldn't eat the fruit of one tree, but Eve was told by Satan, a fallen angel, that she could, so she did. When God found out, He made them leave Eden.
LESSON: Even a princess isn't perfect.

Esther risked her life to save her people. As a Queen, she was secretly Jewish, like the people who were doomed to die. But she stood up for God's people, saving their lives. Esther was very brave & strong doing all she could to keep her people safe.
ESTHER
THE BRAVE PRINCESS
LESSON: Always do the right thing to help others.

SARAH
The Laughing Princess
Sarah wanted a baby, & God told her husband, Abraham, they would have many children but she wasn't sure. God sent men to talk to Abraham & said they'd have a baby & Sarah laughed. But she did, & Sarah named him Isaac which means "laughter".
LESSON: Never lose faith in God.

After Jesus healed Joanna, she followed Him, helping Him & His disciples through everything. When He was crucified, she was there. She was one of the 3 women who went to His tomb, discovering it empty, that He'd risen on Easter morning to save us.
JOANNA
The Strong Princess
LESSON: Be confident & stand by what you believe.

Jesus watched rich people come in & put little in the donation box, just to get attention. But a very poor widow gave everything she had & was praised by Jesus because she did it out of love for God, giving all she had as her thanks to Him.
THE WIDOW IN THE TEMPLE
The Giving Princess
LESSON: Be kind & never be ashamed of what you can or cannot do.

The Woman At The Well
The Disciple Princess
Jesus stopped at a well, asking a woman for some water. The woman was not respected; she was surprised He spoke to her. He answered her questions about God. She told others to come hear Him speak and drew many to Jesus that day.
LESSON: Lead & others will follow.

ANNA
The Knowing Princess
When Mary & Joseph took the baby Jesus to the temple, Anna was there. She knew immediately who He was & that He would grow to save all people.
LESSON: Follow your inner feelings.
