One normal day, 7 year old Selina West woke up to the sound of a sizzling pan. It was time for breakfast, but today, her mom and dad were discussing about something.

Selina and her 5 year old little sister, Millie entered the kitchen. After they had breakfast, it was time for school. They got changed and went on the bus. Mommy and Selina and Millie’s 1 year old little sister, Ibbie waved goodbye to them.

At recess, Selina played with her best friend, Elodie Jones. They played house just before Selina heard some breaking news Elodie told her.

I’m about to move!
What? When? But Elodie…you couldn’t just move away!
When Selina went home, all she could think about is Elodie moving away. So she asked her parents why Elodie has to move away.
Why does Elodie has to move away?
Well, some people move because of their parents’ work.

The next day is Saturday, Elodie’s family came over to talk about their moving things. Elodie just played with Selina in their family’s bedroom. Yep, they all sleep in 1 bedroom.

Elodie’s family and Selina’s family decided to go out for dinner together. So they went to a restaurant called “The Moving Truck”, the restaurant was built in a truck.
The Moving Truck

We’re moving to Australia too!
The 2 families sat down at a table and started to tell their children about something. They told them that the Jones family will be moving after 2 months to Australia and…

When Selina went home, it was bedtime but she was so excited. Her parents told her they’re going to move because their house was too small and her daddy’s new job.

After 2 months of waiting. The parents announced that they could go on the airplane. They’ll have to be on the airplane for one day. It was the first time Selina ever been on an airplane. The 2 families will meet at Australia.

When the West family left the airport. They went to look at Elodie’s family’s house first. It was made out of wood and it’s blue. Their car was even blue! The 2 families had a chat while the children played. And then they moved on to look at their house.
