Once upon a time, in a place far, far away, there was a Kingdom of Dragons.

The King and the Queen of the Dragons had an only son, Eliot. He was going to be the next king of the Kingdom and that is why his parents were overprotective with him. They kept him locked away in the castle, and Eliot felt more and more lonely and bored. He had lots of toys but ...he longed for a friend.

One night, while his parents were sleeping, Eliot decided to escape from the castle and make his dream come true. He flew away to find a new friend.

He flew far away, over countries, mountains, plains and rivers until he reached a small village. High up from the sky, he saw a little girl, playing around. Happy on the idea that she could be his new friend, Eliot went close to her. At first she was scared but he told her not to be afraid. He just wanted to be her friend. Her name was Eirini, and curious and adventurous as she was, she decided to hide him in the forest next to the village. In the next morning they were going to start their adventures.

They were going to travel all around the world.
While they were flying, they saw an archaeological sight, a palace, looking like a labyrinth and they landed there to see closer. They realised they were in Greece, Crete, Heraklion. It was Knossos, the place where Theseus had killed Minotaurus with some help from Ariadne, King Minos' daughter. They were exploring the place when, suddenly, Ariadne appeared in front of them and offered to guide them around Heraklion and Greece. Together they went swimming in one of the beautiful beaches of the island. Later in the evening they walked around Four lions' square (Morozini Fountain) towards the old Venetian port of Heraklion and the Koule fortress and they tasted Souvlaki and Gyros wrapped in pies. They spend the night and slept at Dominicos Theotokopoulos park. Athens was waiting for them next day.

The city of Athens seemed so big to them. Eliot and Eirini visited all the amazing monuments of Ancient Greece they had seen in pictures and admired.
They visited the Parthenon, the temple of Goddess Athena on the Acropolis of Athens. There, they saw the Karyatides. In fact they saw the replicas of them since 5 of the original ones are at the Acropolis Museum and the 6th one at the British Museum. Finally, they visited the Herodion underneath the Acropolis, the famous theatre where great performances are given even today. They would always have great memories from Greece. They had to go on with their trip.

Greece was amazing, but now it was time to visit Italy.
The dragon and the little girl grounded onto Rome, but the Dragon heard noises and voices coming from an enormous building in front of them: it was THE COLISEUM !!! There was A FIGHT AMONG GLADIATORS , THE LITTLE GIRL WAS SCARED so the Dragon took her away, she hated the view of blood.....They arrived to an amazing construction, called THE PANTHEON. Once there Raffaello Sanzio offered them a cup of tea. They enjoyed it a lot ,but their next step would have been even better:"Fontana di Trevi"waited for them! arrived ther they had an incredible bath in it,just to cool off.

Rome was cool, but now they had to move again,a gladiator suggested going to Florence. Once there they flew under "Pontevecchio ",next they went shopping on it...incredible tiny shops fascinated the girl! Then they wento to "Cattedrale S.Maria del Fiore" where the same Maria told them her story. While flying, distracted by the many beauties ,the dragon crashed into "Campanile di Giotto"!LOLhere Giotto told thme to go and visit the "Duomo " where Flora,a winx, let them do a small trip indoor, where the FRESCOES provoked a sort of shock to the girl !That's why Flora gave a tip:"go to Venice, right now!"

After Venice they flew to Campania region. They stopped in Naples but they still don’t know where they are, because they don’t know anything about this city.
Naples is a southern Italian city with a port. It faces the Mediterranean Sea and is near Mount Vesuvius. Its name in Italian is Napoli which came from its Greek name Neapolis, meaning new city.
They asked the people to explain something about this city. The Girl flew with her Dragon in the underground Naples, in Italy they call it “Napoli sotterranea”. Underneath Naples lies a series of caves and structures created by centuries of mining, and the city rests atop a major geothermal zone. Approximately one kilometre (0.62 miles) of the many kilometres of tunnels under the city can be visited from the Napoli Sotteranea, situated in the historic centre of the city in Via dei Tribunali.
Here are large catacombs in and around the city, and other landmarks such as the Piscina Mirabilis, the main cistern serving the Bay of Naples during Roman times.
Several archeological excavations are also present; they revealed in San Lorenzo Maggiore the macellum of Naples, and in Santa Chiara, the biggest thermal complex of the city in Roman times.
