NOW, WE TELL THE STORY

    This book was made to create a common product in our project.  

    Each project partner prepared and illustrated a section of the story. 

     I would like to thank all my project partners who contributed to the preparation of our book.

                  A lake 

            of 

        surprises

It was a beautiful spring day.  The sun's rays filtering through the tree leaves were warming the ground. The little ant Chochi went for a walk in the forest.  He passed through the yellow and white daisies.  He inhaled the fragrant scent of daisies.   When he came to the lakeside, he saw the green frog Fürü drinking water from the lake.

He went towards the frog and asked him "What's your name?" The frog was really surprised when he saw the little ant and also frightened because he thought he was the only one there. " I'm Fürü, the frog" he replied looking at his reflection on the water.

The frog was confused that such a little ant had the courage to go and talk to a much bigger animal. They started running together and became close friends. One day the little ant asked the frog to show him the lake. They jumped into the water and they found a lost city.

There was a huge castle. 

‘Wow!’ – exclaimed the ant. 

‘Let´s get inside!’ – answered the frog, who seemed also surprised. 

But the great surprise was inside the castle: a group of happy sea animals was having a party. There was an octopus Queen and a Prince, Elizabeth and Charles were their names. 

‘Welcome to our castle!’ – they said. 

The frog and the ant were happily invited to join the party. 

‘Should we stay???’ – they whispered at the same time. 

The two friends didn’t know what to do.
