
Module 1:
Learning with Technology
I used to think that learning with technology was solely about accessing information quickly and efficiently. However, after exploring its diverse applications and witnessing its changeful impact, I now believe that learning with technology is a dynamic process that enhances engagement, collaboration, and creativity in education. Through my experiences in this class, I have come to appreciate the power of technology to become an access to education and inspire a change in teaching and learning. I believe that technology can be used in the classroom in many different ways to enhance teaching and learning experiences. For example, technology can be used as an online learning platform, educational apps software and much more.
Module 2:
Productivity Tools
I used to think of Google Slides as just another presentation tool, but now I see it as a versatile platform for collaborative learning and creative expression. I used to think of Google Sheets as just a basic spreadsheet tool, but now I see it as a powerful tool for data analysis and collaboration. I used to think of Google Forms as just a simple survey tool, but now I see it as a versatile platform for data collection and assessment. Google Slides, Sheets, and Forms offer different range of possibilities for use in the classroom, facilitating collaboration, engagement, and productivity among students and teachers. One way I would implement Google slides would be through digital storytelling, Google Sheets I can implement through digital gradebook, and Google Forms I could implement through quizzes and assessments.
Module 3:
Digital Organization
I used to think of digital organization as simply keeping files in folders on my computer, but now I see it as a strategic approach to managing information, enhancing productivity, and reducing clutter. However, I viewed digital organization as a basic task of arranging files and documents into folders on my computer's hard drive. However, as I dig deeper into the concept, I realized that digital organization confine in much more than file storage. Now, I understand it as an organized process of categorizing, labeling, and structuring digital assets to improve accessibility, efficiency, and workflow. Digital organization can play a crucial role in the classroom by, helping teachers and students manage resources, and enhance collaboration.

Module 4:
Digital Citizenship, Online Safety and Cyberbullying

I used to think of digital citizenship, online safety and cyberbullying as separate issues, but now I see them as interconnected aspects of navigating the digital world responsibly and ethically. However, I viewed digital citizenship as simply following rules and guidelines for online behavior, while online safety and cyberbullying were seen as distinct concerns. I realized that they are all intertwined and essential for fostering a positive online environment. Integrating digital citizenship, online safety, and cyberbullying education into the classroom is essential for preparing students to navigate the digital world. responsibly and safely.
Module 5:
Tool Time
I used to think of concept maps, infographics, and visual storybooks as simple visual aids, but now I see them as powerful tools for organizing information, conveying complex ideas, and engaging audiences effectively. However, I viewed concept maps as basic diagrams for illustrating relationships between concepts, infographics as colorful graphics for presenting data, and visual storybooks as entertaining narratives with pictures. Now, I recognize concept maps, infographics, and visual storybooks as versatile tools for communication, education, and storytelling across various audiences. They can be used in classrooms, presentations, and educational resources to enhance understanding, engagement, and information.
Module 6:
EdTech Reviews
I used to think of edtech reviews as simply providing ratings and descriptions of educational technology tools, but now I see them as invaluable resources for making informed decisions about integrating technology into teaching and learning. However, I viewed edtech reviews as a way to quickly assess the features and usefulness of different tools, focusing mainly on their usability and compatibility with existing systems. However, as I engaged more with edtech reviews, I realized their significance in evaluating the effectiveness and the impact of technology on student learning outcomes. I believe edtech reviews can empower educators to make strategic decisions about selecting, implementing, and assessing technology tools that enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
Module 7:
Introduction to Audio and Video Production
I used to think of audio and video production as a complicated processes reserved for professionals, but now I see them as accessible tools for creativity, expression, and communication. However, I viewed audio and video production as specialized skills and equipment, limited to professionals in the media industry. But, as I gained hands on experience and explored user friendly tools and resources, I realized that anyone could create high quality audio and video content at ease. I believe integrating audio and video into the classroom could provide opportunities for active learning, engagement, and creativity, while providing a diverse learning style.
