when he realized when he could do all this he also  realized he couldn't control it well so he trained for months and finally after 3 months  he could control it well. the next day he was watching the news and it said a super villain was on the loose he immediately went out after him and he finally found him. then began the fight and professer stalling was losing  but then he focused all his power in to one hit and it defeated him but the punch was so powerful it caused a power outage all through out the intire city.

After that day he felt weaker and weaker he could no longer power more than 4 houses this continued for almost 3 weeks untill he felt he was going to die as a last resort he went to a power line and tried to absorb it and it worked and he now could regenerate his electricity again. 

But one day someone came up to professor stallings and told him he needs to be a villain. It turns out he was the most wanted villain in the city. But stallings listened to him and used his powers for evil. He would destroy houses, towns and, city's. he quickly became the secound most wanted. but that wasn't enough he wanted to be most wanted so he defeated him, and destroyed more towns. in a few days he was the most wanted villain.

but be didn't realize that everyone hated him. he had only thought about being most wanted for fun. but one day he found out there was a new hero. he thought "no problem i will defeat him too". but he didn't realize how powerful he was so mid way through the battle he ran.

he went home sad he didn't know what to do to beat him, so he decided to do the only thing he could do the only thing he could do, and that was to get struck my lightning so that he would have an extreme amount of power, so he tried his best to start a storm, so he got to work.

He went to a mad scientist so he could study the magnetic waves and create a disturbance to cause a missive storm. The mad scientist said "It would be hard to create one but i can do it in one day." The next day he went to the mad scientist and the mad scientist told him "Be careful its not stable but it should create a massive storm" He but the device on his wrist, and went to the city and pressed the button and suddenly a tornado formed that was atleast a ef4, but he didn't expect what was Ganna happen next. it broke creating 214 ef5's they all were argued to be ef6's which don't even exist. He got struck with lightning so many times he couldn't hold it.

He had to unleash it so he did killing everyone in the city and caused 28% of the world to go into a power outage, but he began to feel weaker over the days he remembered what happened last time so he went to a power line and tried to absorb it. It didn't work he thought maybe it didn't have enough, so he went to a nuclear power plant. He went to the base of it and tried to absorb it it didn't work. He thought to him self "this is it. I'm Going to die a villain." And after a few days he did die. But a new villiain arose nobody had never seen him before he was insanely fast. People did not know what to do but suddenly another hero arose. Once they seen each other the hero was losing and he couldn't do 

anything about it. The villain began hitting him as fast as he could, and he knocked the hero out. As a result he was in the hospital for a while, but as soon as he got out he was back to training. He began training for months putting his all into it. And one day they met again, but this time when the villain attacked the hero would counter. The battle shook the earth, the villain threw the hero through a building. The battle lasted hours neither, giving up. But suddenly someone was spotted in the distance it looked like the villain that had died. The here was shocked while the new villain did not know who he was. Then the old here came and fought the new villain for his place back as 1# villain.

They was fighting the new villain was getting beat by the villain who was believed to die. After a while he did his "electron dash" into him with a punch and it made him die. The hero was still shocked and he seen that the villain got more powerful. The villain said, "This time i have been pretending to be dead i have been training to get even stronger. Now i can easily overpower you." The hero said "Bring it on." Then they started fighting and mid way through the hero was getting beat and the villain said, "Also, I have learned a new ability i like to call blaze force. You see i have also learned i can control fire and blaze force combines both of the thing i can control." Also he says, "Now you are dead."

He then does the "blaze force" move. It is so powerful it destroyed the entire place that was in a 300 yard  distance. But something saved the hero it was another hero. the villain says "Ha you think you can beat me" The hero who saved the other hero says, "Yes and now you are going to perish." The villain did the electron dash at him and hit him and they began to battle for 5 hours until the villain says, "I also learned another move it is called the Heavens Judgement. And now your about to face it even tho it will do a lot of damage it will made you die with the planet." So the villain starts charging his attack and you can see something around him it is blue and them everything blows up.

Seconds later the earth explodes and everybody dies. But the villain manages to survive. He then spends time looking for a new planet then he seen one he thought didn't have anything on it but he was shocked to see a lot of aliens there with extreme technology. They start going after him and since he didn't have any other choice he does "Heavens Judgement" and blows up the entire planet again.
