Assembly is when people are gathered all for one specific purpose.

The president elects an advisory body made up of the heads of the current 15 executive departments.

A democracy is a government governed by the people.

An election is a formal and organized vote for a political office or a politician.

is for Freedom

Freedom is a god given right in America!!!

The American government is what runs America. Each branch is elected. 

is for House of Representatives

The house of representatives is in the legislative branch. There are currently 435 members in the house. The amount of members elected per state depends  on the population.

is for Impeachment

The process of bringing charges to a government official, in order to possibly remove them from office.

is for Judicial Branch

The judicial branch contains the United States Supreme court.

is for TinKer v Des Moines

A civil liberties case, that involved students wearing black arm bands to school to protest the Vietnam war. It was a case about the first amendment, and the right to protest. 

is for Legislative Branch

The legislative branch is one of the three main branches. It has the senate and the house of representatives in it. 

is for Military

The U.S Military is run by the government, protects the people from outside enemies, and is led by the president. 

is for New Deal

The New Deal was written by Franklin D. Roosevelt, and was about economic relief.

is for Oval Office

The oval office is where the president resides to work and deliberate on everything.

The president is voted in by the people. He is the Chief in command for the military, and also makes bills into laws.
