





Gibanica gužvara- Aleksandra and Uroš
Recipe ingredients:
5 eggs
300g of cheese
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
500g of pie layers
Recipe instructions:
-crumble the cheese
-break 4 eggs into a bowl and stir them
-add cheese
-add baking powder





-add water and stir everything
-put a little oil in the baking dish
-put 3 layers in the baking dish as a base
-fold the pie layers, put them in the
mixture and then in the baking dish
-cover the pie with a layer on the top
-put a little oil on the top layer and cut it
-mix an egg and the milk and put the
mixture on the top of the pie
-bake it for 20 minutes in the oven at 220° Celsius

Corn bread- Ivona and Aleksa
Recipe ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of corn flour
1 cup polenta
½ cup of oil
1 cup of liquid yoghurt
Pinch of salt
300g of feta cheese
One spoon of baking soda
Recipe instructions:
- In a big bowl put 1 cup of flour,
1 cup of corn flour and 1 cup of polenta.


- Put one spoon of baking soda in the flour.
Then put all the liquids and mix it.
- Add the pinch of salt and feta cheese,
mix all up and put it in baking tray.
- Put it in the oven and bake in 200
Celsius degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
- In the end, serve it with the yoghurt and
some meat as you wish.

Serbian pancakes- Kosta and Vukašin
Recipe ingredients:
-An egg
-1 glass of water
- 1 cup of milk
- 10 to 15 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoons of sugar and salt
- A little bit of oil
Recipe instructions:
-Break an egg and add it in one big bowl where you will put all your ingredients
-Pour water and milk in the bowl
-Stir a little bit
-Add 10-15 tablespoons of flour
-Stir again
-Add a teaspoon of sugar and salt

-Put a little bit of oil
-Stir, then check if mixture is not too rare and not too thick
-If it is too rare, add a little bit of flour
-If it is too thick, add a little bit of water
-Heat up the cooker
-Put a pan on the cooker and pour a little bit of oil in the pan
-Pour your pancake mix in the pen
-After around 1 min turn your pancake on the other side
-Wait around 1 min again and put your pancake on a plate
-You can add some jam or cream on, roll it up and enjoy your snack!

Clătite (Pancakes)
This dish is very popular in our country and
it is served in most of our restaurants.
Ingredients:
250g flour
550ml milk
3 eggs
40 ml oil/melted butter
A packet of vanilla sugar
Half a spoon of salt
Recipe instructions:
First, beat the eggs with the mixer until foam forms on top, then add the melted butter, salt and half of the milk. While adding the flour gradually, mix continuously. Then the composition is diluted with the rest of the milk and carbonated water. The composition is ready. It is advisable to let it rest for 15-20 minutes (preferably in the refrigerator). During this time, the pancake batter thickens a little more. After you put the pan on the heat, add 2-3 drops of oil. They are then fried on one side and the other one. as they fry, remove them and place them in a stack on a plate. You can serve clatite with jam or chocolate cream.


Papanași (Donuts)
Recipe ingredients:
-optional, grated lemon peel
Furthermore:
-half a litre of oil
-flour for the worktop
-250g cottage cheese
-250g flour
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
-2 eggs
For served:
-jam (cranberries, strawberry, plums)
-sour cream (not to be sour)


Papanași (Donuts)
Recipe instructions:
1.The dough: put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add salt, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. If you also want lemon zest, add it now. 2. Mix everything with a fork and add the two eggs. Now mix the eggs with the cheese and add the flour.Incorporate with a spoon then start kneading.3.Sprinkle flour on the work surface to prevent sticking. Place the dough on the work surface.4.Divide the dough into about 5 large pieces and 5 smaller pieces.5.The small pieces are shaped into a ball, that specific word for papanasi. Papanas are formed from the large pieces. They are rounded, flattened and with the help of your fingers, a hole is formed in the middle that widens slightly, allowing the papanas to be well inside during frying.6.For frying, a cast iron pot or a pan with a thicker bottom is ideal. Pour the oil into the chosen vessel. The oil must be at least 5-6 cm deep in the bowl. It is heated on the right fire until a small piece of dough plunged into the dish immediately forms air bubbles around it and floats above the oil, then the fire is reduced. Fry the papanas one by one until they are nicely browned.7.Remove the papanas on absorbent paper, removing the excess oil. Put the papanas in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
Serve with the chosen topping, such as jam.

Plăcintă cu mere (Apple Pie)
INGREDIENTS
For countertops
500 g of flour;
200 g soft butter/lard;
100 g cream;
1 egg;
150 g of sugar;
2 ampoules of vanilla sugar;
10 g of baking powder;
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
1.5 kg of apples;
3 spoons of sugar;
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Plăcintă cu mere (Apple Pie)
To make the apple pie filling, wash the apples, grate them. Temper them in a non-stick pan with 3-5 tablespoons of sugar. Add the cinnamon after 5 minutes. Stir occasionally and, when the juice evaporates, remove from heat and leave to cool.
Let's move on to the dough. In a large bowl, rub the butter with the sugar. Add the vanilla essence and the egg and beat gently until you get a creamy result. Add the cream, mix until smooth.
Separately, to prepare the apple pie dough, combine the flour with salt and baking powder then add to the cream mixture above, mixing well with a wooden spoon. When the resulting dough hardens and cannot be mixed with a spoon, knead by hand. When the apple pie dough is no longer sticky, divide it into 2 equal balls. Sprinkle flour on the table and spread one of the 2 balls with a rolling pin (enough to cover the pan in which you want to make the pie). Place the first sheet in the pan and place the filling on top. Roll out the second ball of dough (exactly as you did with the first) and then cover the filling in the pan with it.
Put the pan in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes
or until you notice that the dough is baked.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the pie and serve it.

Kalem Böreği - İpek and Onur
ingredients:
half a bunch parsley
2 phyllo
1 cup of curd cheese
Recipe instruction:
First, split the phyllo into triangle-shaped 12 pieces. Second, chop parsley and mash with curd cheese. Next spread the mixture to each piece. After that fold the right and left edges of the piece inwards. Then, dip the pointed end of the piece from its wide end to its pointed part in water (just dip the pointed part into water) and wrap it in a roll shape. Apply them to each piece. Finally, fry them with oil in the pan. Enjoy it.

Sütlaç - Yusuf And Sena

1. Wash the rice and put it in a pot with 2 and half cups of water. Cook the rice until it becomes soft.
2. Add the milk and boil it . Once boiling, add the sugar and vanilla.
3. In a bowl, put the cornstarch.
4. Add the cornstarch to the pot, stirring constantly until it becomes darker .
5. Add a pinch of salt and stir, then remove from heat.
6. Put the Sütlaç into bowls and let it cool at room temperature.
7. Once cooled, sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.

Un Helvası - Cansu and Işılay
Ingredients.:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
(170 grams) butter, or margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, optional
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts, for garnish

Recipe:
first, Combine the sugar, milk, and water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Stir it occasionally until the sugar is dissolved then turn off the heat. If you decide to add optional flavoring like vanilla, rose water or lemon zest, stir it into the hot milk mixture.
second, Melt the butter in a large, shallow pan. When the butter is bubbly, add the flour all at once. Work the butter all the way through the flour using a wooden spoon.
next, Reduce the heat to low. Stir the flour and butter mixture by turning it over with the wooden spoon. Do this continuously over very low heat for at least 15 minutes. The flour should slowly turn golden brown and take on a toasted aroma. Make sure to turn the mixture over evenly and be care not to let it brown too quickly.
then , When the flour is ready, turn off the heat. Add the milk and sugar mixture all at once and let it bubble up. Stir the liquid through the flour as it's bubbling. Continue to stir the mixture as it cools down. The helva will begin to bind together and form a ball. It should be soft but firm and take on a shiny texture.
after that , While the ball of helva is still hot, you can shape it as you wish. You can use a large spoon to make oval-shaped individual helva, or you can press the helva down in a shallow serving dish. When it's cool, you can cut it into squares.
finally, Toast the pine nuts by turning them over in a small, nonstick pan over high heat. Press a pine nut on the top of each spoon helva, or press them evenly in a pattern over the top of flat helva.

Kısır - Sude, Azra and Metin
Ingredients:
Recipe:
First,place the bulgur in a large bowl and pour hot water over it.Let it sit for about 20 minutes until the water and becomes soft.
Second,İn a separate bowl, mix together the tomato paste olive oil, and lemon juice until well combined.
Next,add the diced tomatoes, cucumber, onion, parsley and mint to the bulgur and mix well.
Then, pour the tomato paste mixture over the bulgur and vegetables.Stir until everything is well coated.
After that, Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, Serve the kısır on platter's of lettuce leaves for a refreshing presentation.
