There once lived a farmer named Dawn. Dawn always dreamed of having a beautiful rainbow garden, but all she could produce were gray, short, and frail stems. Before the stems could produce any flowers, they would wither away.

So Dawn decided to pay the Master Gardner a visit. The word around town was the Master Gardner possessed magical powers that would cure any garden with a single touch!

"Cure my garden with a single touch? This can't be true!"

When Dawn finally got to the corner of Heart and Soil Street, her eyes were met with the most beautiful garden she had ever seen! Roses as red as a firetruck! Irisis as blue as the ocean! Mum's yellow and orange as the sun!

"There's no way these are real; it's got to be magic!"

She made her way up the cobblestone path and knocked on the Master Gardners door.
Knock
Knock
Knock

A tall figure wearing a red hat and an all-green outfit appeared from the door and exclaimed, "I was wondering when you'd visit!"

Dawn cocked her head to the side and questioned, "You know who I am?"
"I'm the Master Gardner! I make it my duty to know all gardens. And your garden, my friend, is in desperate need of help!" said the Master Gardner.
"Oh, thank you so much. I can't wait for my garden to look like yours! All it takes is a single touch from you, right?"
Master Gardner laughed deeply and said, "Oh dear friend, no, no, no, however, the remedy isn't as hard as you think. "Now, Dawn, tell me, what is it that you feed the worms in your garden?

Dawn typically fed her worms whatever she was having, usually a lot of sweets and sugary drinks.

Master Gardner was in utter shock and exclaimed, "Before we help your garden, it seems you may be the one in need of tending to!"

Master Gardner began to explain how our bodies are like flowers, and depending on what we put into them, we either blossom or wilt away. And by the looks of it, it was clear it wasn't just Dawn's garden struggling but she was also. She was always tired and out of breath, which made it difficult for her to work in her garden.
