ENTRANCE

Madalina is a 16-year-old high school student who seems ordinary on the outside but carries storms within. Fear of failure, constant stomachaches, headaches, lack of self-confidence, and an overwhelming sense of "not being enough" gnaw at her every day...
Neither her mother notices, nor her teacher.
But her mind is silently crying out for help.
And life is about to answer that call.

Chapter 1 – Awakening
There was a seminar at school. The topic: "The Subconscious Mind and Health."
Ela wasn't paying much attention—until she heard one sentence:
“The thoughts you're unaware of are shaping your body and your life.”
Something shifted inside her.
As the presentation continued, she learned that the hurtful words she had heard in the past, the emotions she had suppressed, were all stored in her subconscious.
And her mind kept looping the same destructive thoughts:
“I’m not enough.”
“I’ll never succeed.”
Her subconscious had become an invisible prison. But at the same time, the way out was hidden inside it.

That night, Madalina began to write for the first time.
Her fears, beliefs, and the recurring disappointments she had experienced...
All poured out onto the paper.
Then she opened a blank page and wrote:
"I am worthy."
"I deserve to be successful."
"I am reprogramming my mind."
She started practicing the techniques shared in the presentation:
Saying positive affirmations every morning
Closing her eyes and visualizing a moment of success
Feeding her subconscious with consistent, empowering messages
Two weeks later, she began to notice a slight change in her body and her grades.
But the real transformation was this:
Her perspective had shifted.

Effects of Breathing Exercises on the Subconscious (TEAM 3)
Chapter 3 – The Power of Breath
On exam mornings, she used to suffer from headaches and shortness of breath.
But now, there was a solution: breathing exercises.
She learned the 4–7–8 technique:
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8...
When her mind quieted, so did the panic in her body.
As the presentation had said:
“Breath tells the mind: you are safe.”
Madalina began sending that message to every cell in her body.
She felt calmer, clearer, more prepared.
For the first time, she could find an answer to a question without feeling panic.
Breath was the key to the mind.

Subconscious Techniques and Application Methods Used in Stress Management ( TEAM 4)
Chapter 4 – Managing Stress
Stress...
In Madalina’s mind, the word was synonymous with failure, mistakes, panic, humiliation, and a racing heart.
There were times when, even if she hadn’t studied at all before an exam, she wouldn’t focus on the topic—only on the possibility of failure.
And her mind, fixated on that possibility, would shut down her entire system to make it a reality.
She began to understand how this emotion had taken control of her during the fourth presentation.
The title alone was striking:
“Stress is not the enemy. If unmanaged, it fights your body; if directed, it unlocks your potential.”
When Madalina’s mind heard that, it paused.
She had spent years trying to run away from stress—
But she had never tried to talk to it.

Do They Have Mind Powers? Which Thought Creates Which Disease? Healing Techniques and Practices of Different Cultures ( TEAM 5)
Chapter 5 – The Talisman of the Mind: Which Thought, Which Disease?
A sentence she read in a book revealed a painful truth:
“Emotions that are constantly suppressed eventually show up as physical symptoms in the body’s weakest spots.”
Madalina realized her months-long stomachaches couldn’t be explained by poor nutrition alone.
The constant pressure to “prove her worth,”
The anxiety…
And that feeling of being trapped…
As one Japanese professor had said:
“Even water changes its structure when spoken to harshly. So what about the words you say to your own body?”
From then on, she began choosing her thoughts more consciously. The subconscious was like a purification system: If you feed it filth, it gives you back the same. But if you feed it clarity, it begins to heal.
