When Laila and I were playing on the playground, I stepped on her shoe and I thought it was funny. After that it was dismissal time and she was still sad because she had just got those new shoes.

The next day, Laila told me “she didn't like that” and asked me not to do it again. I said “okay I won't”. Then I hugged her and said I was sorry again.

Ms. Kay and I were playing around and she stepped on the back of my shoe. I fell and busted my lip. She thought it was funny and I didn't think so.

When I got home, I showed my mom my busted lip. She gave me something to make it feel better. The next day at school Ms. Kay came up to me and said “she was sorry, and that it wasn't funny that I fell.” We hugged and I forgave her.

When I was at school, it was recess time and I was playing soccer. While I was playing one of my classmates kicked the soccer ball into my stomach. I felt it was on purpose and I started crying because I was embarrassed. 

While I was crying in front of everyone, I got up and said “I didn't like that”. I went and found a teacher instead of hitting him back. The teacher told the student to apologize, and take a seat on the side, for the rest of the recess.

One day when I was at school, I couldn't really afford the latest clothes and shoes. One of my classmates was popular, she always made fun of my clothing. While I was at recess she started calling me names.

I HAD ENOUGH! I asked her “how she would feel if she was in my shoes”! She said “she didn't think about it like that”. She then said “she was sorry for bullying me”. I said “thank you for apologizing” and we went our separate ways.
