Miss Lucy, their teacher, says, “Let’s find whose school supplies are missing.

First, she has a red pencil and asks, “Whose pencil is this?”

Tom raises his hand and says, “That’s my pencil! My pencil is red. Thank you, Miss Lucy!”

Next, Miss Lucy finds a blue eraser on the floor. “Whose eraser is this?” she asks.
Anna smiles and says, “It’s my eraser. My eraser is blue.”

Then, Miss Lucy has a pair of scissors on the table. “Whose scissors are these?”

David stands up and says, “They are my scissors. My scissors are green.”
