There is a statue in my bed
With a big yellow cap on his head.
Has a big nose from under his hat
Following behind comes his pet cat.
He has a white fluffy beard.
And to his delight, everyone cheered.
With a golf club in his hand
He is ready to fight for his land.
It can not move, it can not walk
It can not hear, it can not talk.
It's near my home, that I said
The Garden Gnome in my bed.
The Garden Gnome By Charles Cassie

The boy who lost his shoe
A young boy was frolicking along a garden full of tomatoes and chives. But he sadly left his shoe behind. He took them off, so he could feel the grass, but forgot them as time passed. The shoe has become one with Nature, with moss, vines, and leaves.
Nature is beautiful, can't you see!
A few years pass, day by day. Until one day, a boy says "oh hey!" Within the moss, vines and leaves. The shoe was found as a new home that those creatures would never want to leave.
This poem was created by Liam Jollie, and the photo was taken by Charles KC
Snapdragon
By Molly Darnell
The flowers are as vibrant as the sun in the early mornings.
The center is as yellow as a lemon.
The flower is as beautiful as a butterfly.
It smells like a breeze in the early morning.
It looks like an oyster
with a beautiful pearl in the middle.
Deep inside the middle of the flower
hides the seeds for the next generation.

Fall
By Lois Diehm
In late September, reaching into a field of
green, stands a red and orange maple.
Just a branch has started to change,
The first breath of autumn.
As the air cools, with a faint dry sound,
Like the steps of passersby,
crisp leaves rustle,
And change.
And fall.

Leaves are falling from the trees. .
No more bugs, no more bees.
Fall is now here, it's getting much colder.
The flowers are nice, so much bolder.
Look around and find something new.
The seasons are different for both me and you.
Sipping hot chocolate by the campfire.
Looking around at all of these flowers.
This one flower though stood out to me.
Its beautiful color shines with glee.
Through all the dark as a lantern would be.
At the center, the yellow makes it unique.
And that is why that one flower stood out to me.

The Sunset Orange Flower
A bear sitting in the dirt is so bright and so cheery.
Hanging on the edge with a tomato and a cherry.
A bear that stares throughout the year.
With a big black nose and a big fluffy ear.
Looking over his land far and near.
He fights with his rear.
With his head turned just slight.
If you get too close he may just bite.
His hands could be gripped just a little too tight.
The little black bear might give you a scare.
But he's just a little black bear.
By Colby Van De Moere

I am just a little black bear!

The bear that is hanging on the ledge
is named Thigo.

The purple flower stands up like me.
The purple flower smells like my cologne.
The purple flower is beautiful like my mom.
The purple flower is smooth like a dolphin's stomach.
The purple flower is as bright as the sun.
The purple flower is shiny like a star.
The purple flower's name is Ziggily Bop!
