Once upon a time in a cozy little burrow, there lived a tiny mouse named Milo. Milo was small, with soft gray fur and big, curious eyes. But Milo had one big problem he was scared of everything!
Milo was afraid of the dark, loud noises, and even the rustling leaves outside his burrow. His friends, Lucy the cheerful bird and Benny the brave rabbit, loved to explore the wonderful world outside, but Milo always stays behind.
One summer morning, Lucy chirped excitedly, "Come on, Milo! Today, we’re going to the Great Meadow! It's so beautiful and full of flowers!"
Milo trembled. “What if a cat comes? What if I get lost?” Benny, who had big ears and a warm heart, smiled and said, “Milo, you’re stronger than you think. We’ll be right by your side. You can do it!”
Milo took a deep breath. “Okay, I’ll try!”
As they made their way to the meadow, Milo felt his heart race. Each step outside his burrow was a step into the unknown. The green grass tickled his feet, and the sun felt warm on his back. Suddenly, a loud bark echoed through the air. Milo froze. “What was that?” he squeaked.
"It’s just a friendly dog! Look!" Lucy pointed to a fluffy dog wagging its tail in the distance.
"It’s just a friendly dog! Look!" Lucy pointed to a fluffy dog wagging its tail in the distance.
Milo peeked around his friends. The dog seemed happy and playful. "Maybe… it’s not so scary," he whispered, feeling a little braver.
As they entered the meadow, colorful flowers danced in the breeze, and butterflies fluttered all around. Milo couldn’t believe his eyes. "It’s beautiful!" he exclaimed.

As they entered the meadow, purple, pink, blue and yellow flowers danced in the breeze, and colourful butterflies fluttered all around. Milo couldn’t believe his eyes. “It’s beautiful!” he exclaimed.
But just then, a sudden gust of wind rustled the leaves. Milo shivered. “What was that noise?”
“Just the wind!” Benny encouraged. “Let’s go explore!”
With each step, Milo felt the warmth of courage growing inside him. He chased after Lucy and Benny, laughing as he chased butterflies and smelled the sweet flowers.

Milo bravely climbed to the summit of a small hill, where he could see the entire meadow spread out before him. “I did it!” he squeaked, his heart soaring with joy. But suddenly, he spotted two large grey cats with long tails. Fear gripped him, and he quickly ducked under a rock. Just then, his friends Benny and Lucy arrived at the hill and noticed Milo hiding. Without hesitation, Lucy pecked the cats on their noses, while Benny nipped at their tails. Startled, the cats bolted away, disappearing from sight.

Thanks, guys!” Milo said, his voice filled with gratitude. “Of course!” Lucy replied, her eyes sparkling with understanding. “It’s great to be brave and have courage, but you don’t always have to face things alone.” Benny chimed in with a cheerful smile, “Yeah, sometimes it really helps to have an extra hand!
Their mutual support made Milo feel lighter, reminding him that true strength comes from friendship.
Suddenly, they heard a rustling sound coming from the bushes. Pausing, they shared a look of curiosity mixed with caution.
"What do you think it is?" Lucy whispered, her eyes wide with anticipation. Benny shrugged, his adventurous spirit igniting. "Let’s find out!" he said, inching closer to the noise.
