The children of the Kandel family live in a world without color. When they see the rainbow appear on a rainy day, they wonder why their world is only in black and white. They decide to go on a journey around the world in search of colors. But they don't realize that the answer to the problem is within their reach.

The story is inspired by Principle 7 of the Rights of the Child, according to which the child has the right to education, thus enriching his general culture, in order to be able to develop in society with the same chances as other children.

Today I visited 8th kindergarten in Kalamata-Greece and we read together the book titled "The City That Banished War". We had a great time!

Inspired by the 38th article of the Convention on the Rights of the Child ,"Protection in war" we read the story about how a city banished the war. After reading we had a discussion and created two posters about peace and war.
